The technician told me the compressor had failed and that I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I wasn't confident in that diagnosis, so I called Sears Appliance Repair for a second opinion. Their technician quickly identified that the compressor start switch had failed. He replaced the switch, and the refrigerator has worked perfectly ever since. I contacted this company to request a refund because of the incorrect diagnosis, but I've heard nothing from them since. Do yourself a favor--save your money and call someone else.

Fast forward to 2022, and I'm disappointed, took the same saxophone in to get a few problems fixed and a quick once over, played this instrument almost everyday for 5 years and knew it inside and out, was billed for work that I had no idea was needed/problems that never were a problem for me. The best part is the only problem I knew was present wasn't fixed, I mean you come here expecting your instrument to be fixed. To add insult to injury, my brother needed a simple fix on his sax, it was returned broken after something was knocked around and never checked to make sure everything was working. I'm very sad I have to post this but I noticed all the reviews are older and not a proper reflection of the current quality of work.

I called to ask for an associate to look over the set to confirm it's online condition rating as "Great." He cheerfully obliged. I purchased the drums over the phone. Shipping from Ohio to Idaho was only $38! Plus, Guitar Center offers a 45-day return (just bring it to your local GC). Shipping only took a few days and the drums arrived very well packed in three individual boxes. The condition was as described. The only hiccup was that a tom clamp was not included in the shipment. I called the store and spoke to Ops Mgr JD. He couldn't find the clamp that had been in the online photo so he located a new one and shipped it to me. I am very satisfied with the helpfulness of the staff at this store.

Perhaps its o.k. for the starter musician or parents who don't have a clue about the instruments they're about to buy, but to the professional, its a big, supers-sized let down. If you try to look for, say a Bose L1 system, they only have an imitation brand, or the most generic version. If you're looking for a Spanish style, Nylon string guitar, they only have cheap quality ones, mostly made in China, not Spain. Again, their size is impressive, but to the seasoned musician, its like going to a garage sale with little hope of finding something of quality value.
