I wish I could leave 0 stars! They thought my friend was not Vietnamese and could not understand them.... Well... They were wrong!!! Actually, for a treat I brought the person who does my nails usually.... as she is my friend... and I wanted to give her a treat! I also brought my daughter and my sons girlfriend for a treat, too! First... Alan was EXTREMELY rude to me when I wanted a certain black. He was condescending and rude about having black at his station. When he was rude to me I quipped back... "But do you have the actual black I want?!" To which he looked at me rudely and said "Yes." He made me so mad with the experience... that I said... "Never Mind... I've decided not to get my nails done!" Then he went on to say... "How about your toes?!" To which I said... "I'll be getting nothing done here!" Second... My daughter was cut several times on her toes... and without knowing what had happened to me... had decided to not get her nails done next. She said her person kept yanking her and was rude, as well. When the lady got up to do something...she went over to Alan. Her person got upset because the person that was doing my son's girlfriend was taking her time.... and in Vietnamese gossiped to Alan about the other person (that was doing a great job) and about the other person doing bad. She was a nasty human being... Every time she cut my daughter... she just didn't care! After this person learned (CUC in Vietnamese) that I and my Vietnamese friend decided not to get our toes done.... She said to the other person beside her (in Vietnamese) "I'm glad the FAT one is not getting her toes done!" Mind you... CUC... could stand to frequent the Anytime Fitness two doors done! Then she went on to say... "I was difficult... because Alan was never rude." Well... This person (whom never leaves review) is actually not difficult at all! I am leaving this review because....as a small business owner myself...I'd like to know how horrible my people treated someone! I will not be back.... nor the three people I brought today for a treat! Also, I believe my daughter and sons girlfriend were overcharged for their services. If not... this place is more expensive than the other nail salons. In addition to this... the owner needs to know... I was paying for all.... We were all getting gel nails and toes. We planned on getting top of the line manicures and pedicures. So they lost... over $400 in services and tips with my group! Because as CUC would call me... This "difficult" person tips extremely well. So... before you go... Just know... You've been warned... They not only have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... They talk Smack about their clients..... and they cut people... Without saying.... I'm sorry! Now.... There is an AMAZING brow place next door... If you're looking for any services!!! Noshi took me in 20 minutes before closing.... and did a FABULOUS Job!!! Also... She received a $60++ tip!!! I told her I was so Grateful for her Customer Service and the job she preformed! Honestly I dont even bother to leave reviews and I never had to with any nail salon ever. However I must simply say I was very disappointed with this experience today. Just a REGULAR MANICURE was all I needed - 1. Cuticles were not tended to correctly (which salon doesnt use cuticle oil?) 2. FILING JOB- i mean FILING JOB!? I have been coming here for a year now. The staff is amazing and I've never received a bad service. I continuously get Gel manicure and a variety of pedicure packages. I also bring my young daughter with me and they treat her fantastic and are very patient while giving her a mani/pedi. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they are not staffed when they open. I show up at opening time and there may be one person here to work. The cleanest and most sanitary nail salon I have ever been to. The tools are sanitized and opened new like dental equipment for each customer. The techs all wear gloves. The pedi tubs are all lined with plastic so you don't have to worry about putting your feet where someone else's just were. The prices are about $5 higher than most places on some things, not all, but definitely worth it. I've never had acrylics pop from here and the gel mani does last about two weeks. read more

I have only been there once. But the lady who did my pedicure was great. She gave me her card and told me to make sure I make an appointment. Well...I went in there on Tuesday to make an appointment for myself on Friday and two appointments for my mother and daughter. She couldn't do my request so she had a horrible attitude and made mine on Thursday. When I tried to make the other two appointments her attitude was even worse!! Today I went in and cancelled all three appointments! I guess he was the owner and I gsve him my card that showed I've already used their services. He didn't know what to say! I don't even know where to start! This place is amazing! You walk in and feel like you just walked into a spa in Hollywood . The prices are a bargain!! The staff are all so friendly and eager to please. My sister in law and I both got the herbal spa pedicure and it was amazing. You get a book and choose which of the herbal spa treatments you want. I chose the muscle tension relief which included a wonderful exfoliating scrub using Rosemary and sage. Then they use a wonderful moisturizing paste while they start shaping cuticles and nails. Finished with an amazing massage and hot towels and lovely polish. I will be back and I won't be going anywhere else!! read more

As you know I'm one to review a nail place. This place wanted me to pay $50 for gel pedicure. Outrageous!!!!! The old lady that did my pedicure was by far one of the worse nail Techs. I can polish myself, I need my cuticles cleaned of you can't do that what's the point. Not to mention I couldn't even get my nails filed evenly across without her getting mad because I'm telling her I want straighter. I wish I could do this stuff myself that way if it gets done wrong I can only be mad at myself. read more

I have been several times and will continue to go here. It's relatively quiet and spaced out so you are not on top of the next patron. They have never rushed me out of there and seem to take their time with everyone. I enjoy visiting and my nails look great and have held up nicely even though I'm heavy handed. I hate writing this post, but I am so angered by the owner of this salon I want everyone to know how she does business. I have been going here for almost 8 months and Kelly (owner) has always done my dip nails and pedicures. She does great work, but it comes at a price-ATTITUDE! I have always made a weekend appointment (who has time to sit and wait for an hour?!) and even though she's never on time, I graciously wait. Well, the last time I went in she told me she doesn't take weekend appointments and was mad at ME for calling and making the appointment. Hmmm, if you stop taking weekend appointments, shouldn't the person answering the phone (her husband) tell me that? So she proceeded to do my nails but with an attitude for 2 hours! It was beyond uncomfortable. I went back today without and appointment for a pedicure with anyone available and asked if Kelly could fix one nail! She told me she was too busy and everyone else was too busy! So, although she does good work, her customer service is awful and the fact that she is the owner, she doesn't deserve the business!!!!! read more

Time to find a new nail salon. I called the salon at 1202pm yesterday and spoke to a man who gave me a 330 appointment time with my preferred nail tech. I show up and I'm told my appointment was 230, I was a no show. I told them I talked to the man at 12, and she stated there was no man there at that time. So whatever the misunderstanding was they did nothing to try and fix it, not offer me a different nail tech, nothing. Very unprofessional. They lost my business. read more

I wish I had taken a picture before they removed them, but I asked for sunflower designs on my nails and was less than impressed with the art. When asked if I was happy I stated that I liked one side and not the other, even though I wasn't totally happy. The woman there tried to convince me that "from here it look the same." So I asked to have the designs redone in whatever her "specialty" was. She left to do a lady's eyebrows and when my original lady asked her to come back she refused "she don't want to do." The owners Kelly and Allan are great! So if you do come to this salon make sure you book with them. Everyone else is rude and they like to rush. Me andy wife came yesterday for a pedicure and I've been couple times so I'm fully aware if you are a walk in you will wait 45-60 for any service even if it's not that busy because they never have enough Staff. This place would be alot better if they hired more people. The lady that had my wife gave her so menu which pedi she wanted but she notice the regular pedi wasn't on it so she said she just wants the normal pedi.. I'm giving three stars because the atmosphere here is calm and relaxing. The people that work here are extremely nice. My only (but major) complaint is that I've had to come back on two occasions in less than a week because my nails broke. Round one it was two nails thAt broke round two it was one nail that broke. I'm a little rough so it may just be the way I handle my nails but this is the first time this has happened since I've gotten fill ins. read more

Though I come to this nail salon every time for a fill and /or repair, this time was truly disappointing. I got a fill in and new gel polish a little over a week ago. After the FIRST DAY, the tip of my stiletto broke and the paint job messed up. I got them fixed three days later and it was all fine. Fast forward to 4 DAYS LATER, I scratch my face and the tip of my nail comes off, along with the polish. Went in with a few friends. When you walk in they are friendly but no one behind the counter all three sitting in the waiting area on their phones. When it was time to be seated it was the most rushed pedicure I have ever had. It took about 22 min total not to include drying time. That was all of us finished in under 25 min, it all felt so hurried . I was handed a plastic booklet and the young man asked which pedicure I wanted with the cheapest starting at 35.00 and prices going up depending on what you wanted . My friend then had to ask if that was the cheapest one. It wasn't, the bare bones basic was 25.00 and it was bare bones. The new interior is very nice and chairs are very nice . Got a manicure and pedicure here. Atmosphere was very relaxing. Staff was very friendly and my mani/pedi came out great. My manicure is still in good shape over a week later. I wish they had more of a selection of polish colors. They have a lot of acrylic and gel options but could definitely have more options and updated (this seasons' colors from OPI and Essie). If you're going to get a mani/pedi make sure you have time. This is definitely not a place that does them in an hour. I was in there well over 2 hours. Quality is great though. read more

Just had a very relaxing spa pedicure at Instyle. I spent an hour just having a pampering, exfoliating massage and great pedi with nail polishing done thoroughly. Bob. The nail tech took care of my nails last time. He was a nightmare. He was texting back and forth the whole time doing my nails even tho I told him I have something to do after. That was rude to me. If he had needed a quick call that wouldn't bother me but an unprofessional attitude made me feel uncomfortable and of course I was late for the next appointment.
