I love it here! This is my go-to nail shop now that I found my nail tech that was previously at a another shop but now he's here! Jimmy!! If you're looking for someone that does excellent Nails gets you out on time doesn't take a long time to do what he needs to does not do a lot of talking, Jimmy is your guy! I just recently visited here for a fill as well as an eyebrow appointment. I did get my eyebrows done by the other gentleman that works there I forgot his name but he did a really good job super efficient. The ambiance is lovely! Love the smell inside! The service requested ...service delivered 10 out of 10! I love this shop. Parking may be difficult because it's located in a shopping complex but I've never had an issue. I had the best pedicure there on Saturday. Annie did a super job of removing rough skin and she knows the pressure points for total relaxation. I used to move my feet while reclining due to discomfort, but no more. read more

Dirty! There were fake fingernails on the ground. The counters were dusty and dirty. She looked to be reusing the clippers and stuff.

Technician's Tom, Paul and Linh extremely attentive, took care to ensure our pedi experience wasn't rushed and detail was given from start to finish. Don't waste your time. I've had nails for over twenty years and I have never been to a salon that refused to take care of their customers. I had my nails done on three days ago and have had two come off and one was cracked. I walked in and quietly explained the situation and immediately the guy said not his fault and $5 each to fix literally my nails were done three days ago and I told him no money he needed to fix them. I have been a client for several years. I have never had anyone be rude to me. I have never had bad service. Their prices are in line with other nail salons. My nails and pedicures have been excellent. I especially like that my nails are not thick and last a long time. I have rarely had a broken nail. Tom and Nea are both great people. read more

This place deserves less than one star. I called to see if I could get a pedicure, the older gentleman asked when I wanted to come in and I told him right now I'm less than 10 minutes away. I arrive and he turned away two other young ladies trying to get a service and when he asked if I had an appointment I told him yes and that I just spoke with someone about getting a pedicure. He said no I took too long so I can no longer be serviced. When in fact he told me over the phone it was fine and see you soon. He then continued to just close the door in my face. This place is great. I went to another nail salon in the Greenbrier Mall and I had an extremely poor experience there. The woman working on my nails seemed rushed, talked to other workers about her personal life, made my fingers bleed, took way too long on my nails, amongst much more. The lady here, whose name I cannot remember, really improved my nails, and was so nice and attentive. I really suggest coming here. The prices are reasonable, the place is clean, and everything is done in a reasonable time. read more

OMG....hours indicate open from 10 to 7 Tuesday through Saturday closed Sunday Monday. It is now 1040 and they still haven't arrived at the salon, now I know why this is gotten so many poor reviews. Called on Tuesday wanting to know if they do pink and white, they said yes but the person who does it is off today you'll have to come by at 10:30 for her specifically. Didn't even get my nails done. I walked in they couldn't understand what I was asking for. Then like most places you are able to go and pick your color that you want. But for them they told me no you have to pick off of the nail wheel. I'm the customer potential paying money to your business. Let me pick things how I want to. The service was impeccable, I got a fill & Pedi & staff removed nails, that water got underneathe, I am the most observant Critic, I cant say anything, but the prices were great, ooh laa the Pedi, Clean & Beautiful store, great Country Music, fast, just overall Amazing experience, everyone was really sweet, they had regulars, that they knew by name, and too seemed to be on Cloud 9! This used to be my go to nail salon. Then I took a break from my mani pedi routine. It had been about a year since I had been there. First off, there was a smell of urine when you walked in the door. The furniture was stained and disgusting. There was only one other customer in there. I chose my toe polish and was in the process of choosing my shellac color. The lady came up a snatched the samples out of my hand and told me to go sit down. I handed her my toe color and she said "you really want this?" And then snorted. My pedicure started and it was not pleasant at all. And despite have many pedicures, I have never had a tech punch the bottom of my feet repeatedly. I suffered through and got to my manicure. To start my manicure, the same tech put my hands to soak and then decided to FaceTime her husband through most of the manicure. When she applied the shellac it was put on extremely thick and very sloppy. When her husband finally hung up, she then proceeded to make my cuticles bleed. Finally finished, I wisely chose not to have my eyebrows waxed. I paid, tipped 18% and left. After inspecting my nails in the truck I was upset by how thick they were but since I was headed out of town decided to just go finish packing. That was Wednesday. By Friday morning, the shellac was peeling off of 8 out of 10 of my nails and my big toe had a strange discoloration on it. When I got back in town, the shellac had peeled on all 10 nails and my big toe was ugly. I went in to ask for a refund. Not only would they not refund any portion of my money, they also tried to blame it on me. That I needed to take more time between pedicures (there was 6 months of paint-less toes prior to this experience). And that my polish choice lead to the peeling shellacs. I have used the same brand of shellacs at other salons with no problem at all. If I could give it negative stars, I would. This place has slid so far downhill. I just visited this salon and I have to be honest it was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I visited on a Friday afternoon and was immediately rushed to sit down. I initially requested a shellac manicure. The salon had many customers in there so I was surprised how quickly she was able to fit me in. She began doing my nails then yelled (in my face) at some people walking in a very unwelcoming tone. Three minutes later she got up and walked away in the middle of my manicure... She left on three separate occasions to rush around the salon. I decided to switch to a regular manicure as I was becoming dissatisfied with the service I was getting and did not want to pay for a shellac service not sit in this woman's salon for another second. As she walked me to the front I expressed how dissatisfied with my nails and I was planning and taking the polish off when I got home. Her response was the following: "I don't care. Pay me and leave." In those exact words. I have never in my 25 years been treated like that as a customer and was left speechless. All I can say is buyer beware. 10/20/2013 This place may seem nice, but God forbid you have a concern. I got a fill-in on Thursday. By Friday the polish was chipped on 2 of my nails. I've never seen the polish chip on acrylic nails, so I called and Tiffany told me to come in so she could look at it. I assume the male there is the father and he re-polished those two nails. Well lo and behold, another nail chipped the very next day, so once again I called. The male was very rude and told me I was difficult and pretty much I could go somewhere else and hung up the phone. I immediately called back and spoke to a female there, she listened but pretty I could tell my concerns fell on deaf ears.  With the multitude of nail salons, this place won't be missed. I've noticed that none of these places take too well to any type of complaint and will dismiss your concerns like they're nothing. I don't know if its a cultural thing, but definitely not good for business. read more
