Car was delivered 100% looking great and absolutely on time. When I went to drop the car off, the same lot only had a few vehicles in it- they had fixed and completed the work on most all of them that week. AMAZING Steve saved me over $2,000 versus the bid I received close to home. It is/was worth the drive for sure, easy access off and on I-5 . My family started in this office 50 years ago, long before Jessica was born. My parents got great…read moreservice from Lee Hineline and when he passed away, his son Cliff took over and for 25 years, Cliff was my agent and dare I say friend. I got stellar service, counsel and support and he and his staff had my complete trust and confidence. When Cliff retired, this location turned into a circus. State Farm put multiple interim agents in this office and after what must have been 3 years, Jessica was placed here. It goes without saying. Jessica is not Cliff, but even worse, Cliff was able to run his office with a staff of 4. Jessica's staff appears to be at least 12 and with 3x the staffing, the service, support and competence is so far below what it should be, I would caution anyone considering this office for quality coverage. Gone are the days of the Good Neighbor mentality, you are a policy number and paycheck for this office, no one is fighting for you or advocating for you and when you finally need to exercise your policy, be prepared to be let down. This is an embarrassment for this office and State Farm, but the reality is that neither care. So, this is my feedback on this practice, company and culture. Do better, Karma is coming.

While many other providers are "out" of policies to accommodate younger consumers, and Washington Residents - Robert was able to offer us 2 policies that totaled LESS than a policy for just my husband with another agency (another agency who couldn't even offer me ANYTHING because I'm under 30!). After all the excitement has wind down, I sat in front of my computer and started searching for an insurance company. I first tried Geico and progressive, but I got overwhelmed when it asked me to choose my coverage. I mean, I don't even know what "liability" or" deductible" even mean, how am I suppose to know what kind of coverages I need. Then my friend was like, "you should get an insurance agent locally so that you have someone to answer your questions". Therefore I googled insurance agent near where I live. About a phone call and a day later I ended up having an appointment with my lovely agent Jeanie at her office on Bel Red road. Although I speaks English fluently, but my first language is Chinese, I was super confused when it comes to insurance terms. Luckily, her staff speaks Chinese was able to explain terminology in Chinese as well. When I first arrived, I didn't feel pushed to buy anything at all. There was just casual chatting, they all seems super nice and genial. They offered me coffee and tea and chocolate. I truly feel like I was treated as a friend. The most amazing part is that, American family insurance has the CHEAPEST rates for first time car buyers. Jeanie told me whether you just landed from another country, or you are buying your first car in your life, their company don't treat you as someone who has no insurance history. I mean Geico's quote for me was over $300 a month, even state farm's quote was $250. That's just not something a fresh out of college student can afford right now. My overall experience with my agent has been amazing so far. They are always fast at answer my emails, and address any concerns I may have. I will definitely come back and update more of my experience in the future. And i would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.
