He did a semi-decent job, but he left a mess... grout on my walls and cabinets too. When the grout started to dry, I noticed gaps. I didn't want water to get in, so I asked him to come look at it. I texted and called. It took him 2 days to call back. He finally responded, and said he'd come back the next day. He didn't. He's ghosted me... hasn't returned my texts or phone calls for over a week. Do not hire this guy.

I honestly have to say, I found the roof cleaning trade to be extremely professional. Every business owner, who I spoke to, was very patient, helpful, and took all the time to answer my questions (and I had quite a few). Their prices were very competitive, all coming relatively close to each other. I was really impressed with the professionalism of everyone I spoke to. This explains why there are so many companies with 5 star ratings. I narrowed it down to 3 companies; they all had their strong points. But I ultimately went with Lance and Quality Power Washing. He certainly did not disappoint! He is very respectful and came across extremely honest. Not only did he do a fantastic job cleaning our roof, but also cleaned the exterior of our entire house. He sent me pictures of the progress throughout the day, so I could see first hand the night-and-day difference of our cleaned roof. Afterwards, he washed down our walkways and driveways and cleaned up all the mud and debris that came down from our roof. It looked amazing. He also went above and beyond and cleaned up the over spray that went over to our neighbors' houses as well. In a crowded field of highly-rated roof cleaners, Lance stood out above the rest. They were able to come out in less than an hour and get it fixed. We ended up adding on some additional work: adding sprinkler lines, relocating trees, and replacing the other sprinkler Valves before they also broke. All of which they were able to get done within the week. These guys worked HARD! After experiencing their work ethic and attention to detail on those projects - we decided to hire them on for our weekly lawn care also! I have hired them twice in the past few months. Their technician was on time and did a great job. My second job was a full-blown reconstruction project which stemmed from a water leak I had. The work included drywall repair, a light refresh to one my bathrooms (new sink installation, removing a fixed mirror and hanging a new one), running some CAT5 cable from my attic to my second garage and the major work of installing porcelain tile throughout the lower level of my house. This included the front closet, entrance, living and dining rom, family room and kitchen, office and hallways and...stairs! So yeah, the flooring was THE major effort. The project was delayed, but I've dealt with projects and other contractors before - I've come to the conclusion that this is just the nature of construction: it never gets done on time. Having said that, here's what makes these guys different: 1. They showed up every day. Sometimes it was only one person, and usually it was 3-4 people. I never felt that our project wasn't a priority. 2. They didn't ask for any money until the entire project was finished!! This is just unreal! Not a penny! Not just for labor, but they even brought the materials on their own dime. Although the project was delayed, we had piece of mind that they were fully invested in our work, and would not walk away half way through. 3. If something wasn't right and I brought it to their attention, they acknowledged it, and fixed it. They never argued once! They sought to understand what we wanted, they listened. And only after they had listened they would advise and then commit to making a correction - which they then followed up on. 4. They didn't wait for me to find issues, they proactively corrected their own work when required. An real example: laying tile is not easy! Getting the lines straight and the tile level takes real technical skill. I found some tiles that weren't level, and asked them to fix it. Not only did they fix the ones I found, they found a few more and fixed those too! Every customer has their own level of attention to detail - and my wife and I pay close attention to detail. Once we did that, Resource Builders put themselves in our shoes and started looking at things with the same close attention to detail. It was SO refreshing! Check out the pics for yourself!

After first day, they only came whenever they want without notice. They did give me a notice but it was hour notice which was around noon. I told them I can't be home all morning waiting on you guys. If you can't come or if you're coming than let me know but still the same. The worker said job was complete when job wasn't even done. I had to clean up the mess and throw the trash away from them. The door doesn't close right, molding is off and not flushed, the paint job is not good. Paint is on the ceiling, paint on the moldings, you can see the nails on the door job. Bad bad communication. They leave whenever they want to without telling you they're leaving for the day. I feel like this was there project practice project
