They promptly got back to me to schedule a time and they came very quickly. The technician was very nice and thorough. Fast forward a couple of weeks later and our dog had bad intestinal issues all over our recently done carpets! I called them and they came out same day to help us clean it and get us squared away. That technician was very nice and thorough too. Overall, the value for the quality of service was great. We paid $410 for them to do our whole house (living room, family room, stairway, upstairs loft, hallway, and master bedroom/bathroom). When they came back a second time to help us with the pet mess, it was $210. Overall, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service, fairly reasonable price, and quality job. We will be returning to them.

This…read morecompany runs an old truck-mounted unit that sounds like it was built during the Reagan administration and hasn't been maintained since, more like a jet engine warming up -- and they fire it up at 7 AM sharp on Saturday mornings, right outside residential homes. The noise is so loud it cuts through every wall in the house. There is no sleeping through it, no ignoring it. The whole block wakes up whether they want to or not. When I went outside and asked them to turn the output down or at least be mindful of the hour, the response was basically "city says we can work from 7 AM, Mon-Sun, so we will." No apology, no adjustment, no willingness to meet the neighborhood halfway. Just a shrug and a rulebook quote. The machine itself is clearly outdated -- newer truck mounts on the market run significantly quieter, but this company is clearly not investing in modern equipment or noise mitigation. They're running decades-old gear that rattles windows 10 houses down, and they don't care. "Legal" and "considerate" are not the same thing. Waking up an entire neighborhood at 7 AM on a weekend because your equipment belongs in a scrapyard, and then hiding behind a city noise ordinance when someone asks for basic courtesy -- that tells you everything about how this company operates. They don't give a damn about the community they work in. If this is what three decades of expertise looks like, I'd hate to see what year one was like. Probably involved actual dynamite. If you're a property manager or homeowner, ask what kind of truck mount they run and whether they take any steps to control noise. Or just hire someone who acts like they share a zip code with actual human beings.

Our leather living room set is eight years old and I have always cleaned and maintained it myself however, it was time for a good professional cleaning so I began to look around for a reputable business I could trust to do the job. Only one problem arose as I began to make phone calls. We live in Barstow and no one goes to Barstow except "Stanley Steamer!" I made the phone and spoke to a gentleman named "John" who reassured me that I was in good hands, so made the appointment. The gentleman arrived on time and was ready to go to work. Manuel Pitts is the best! He began cleaning my furniture which really needed scrubbing. I watched him as he scrubbed and he would show me how it looked as he continued. If it was not satisfactory he would keep scrubbing till I was satisfied. He is the best! Not only did he work really hard to clean my furniture, he was extremely professional and polite. This is the first time using Stanley Steemer and I was extremely happy with the service. I will definitely use them again for my floors. Today I had Chad do the cleaning and I was very impressed. He has great customer service and I will request him the next time. Chad went above the customer service because really worked hard on my loveseat. Before he did the cleaning it was really dirty and when he worked extra hard on the loveseat it looked brand new. Great Job Chad! The rooms look great and because of your great customer service my husband and I will be continuing with Stanley Steemer. They did great Work! Yelpers don't listen to these ladies talking down on the best carpet cleaning service possible! If you look at these toxic ladies accounts you'll see all their yelp reviews are them being a negative Nancy! Like go get laid lady stop being so uptight. Just because you were probably to lazy to get involved with what they offered isn't their fault! Every time I have those men in my home they do a great job and kept me informed and educated on the whole job, every single one of them get the job done!!! I called Stanley Steemer to have the grout in my tile floors cleaned and sealed. They were very dirty because we never sealed the grout when we had the tile installed 8 years ago. Brandon came out to do the job and he was very friendly. He kept us informed of what he was doing in between each service to make sure we were happy with it. It only took about 3 hours to do 3 large rooms. When Brandon was done with the job, the floors and grout looked very different from when he started. They were very clean and bright! We were very pleased with how the floor looked and feel much better now that the grout is sealed and protected from future spills and dirt. We will definitely call Stanley Steemer for any future cleaning needs. I only regret not calling them sooner. read more

Called first, was on time, cleaned quickly, did decent job. I asked for a paid invoice to be emailed as the receipt left is the heat sesative paper that does not store well. That seemed to be a concern & I still have not received it. Customer service called within minutes of completion and I expressed disappointment with the edges along the baseboards. She said another tech would be out tomorrow. I rearranged my whole schedule & when I called at the end of the day I was told that a technician called both of my contact numbers and no one asnwered. LIE. Both are professional office numbers and someone always answers. My tile flooring was in terrible shape, especially the grout. I scheduled a cleaning with Stanley Steemer in Rancho Cucamonga from their website - turns out to be a very easy task to do. On the day of service, Matthew Mendoza showed up right on time and was friendly, helpful and prepared. After discussing some options (no high pressure sales pitch, just explanations) I decided to have the tile flooring cleaned and sealed. Matthew set out to work and was thorough, clean and professional. I had Stanley Steemer out today to clean my living room and entry carpet. This carpet is very old and beyond getting excited about. Don, the company technician, was very professional and did an amazing job on that old carpet. I will definitely call them again. And, as if lifting out numerous stains and revitalizing my old carpet wasn't enough, Don told me that they also clean leather furniture. I have a white leather recliner and an 8 ft. all leather couch. Both are beautiful, but in sorrowful need of cleaning. Don, did a wonderful job of cleaning them, and applied a protectant coating that helps the leather stay supple and helps to keep it from cracking. Great service! read more

So I paid $630 to have my vents cleaned. The cleaner on the way out left all my lights on, ac running full blast with the windows open, and then left my side door to my garage open. Why did he do that? I told him to lock the front door on the way out so he decided to lock himself inside the house and then go out the side instead of just walking through the front door and locking behind him. This is a vacant property and he left it in this state for almost 2 days. Stanley Steamer refunded $10 as an apology. I also found a mouse in my garage so I don't know if him leaving the side garage door open led to me having a pest infestation now. Sure glad $10 covers all that right? read more

Charged 400.00 bucks and rooms did not look or smell clean. So i went and bought a shampooer and was totally disgusted by the muddy water i picked up. Instantly, as soon as i turned machine on saw the filth.Which leads me to believe what the hell did they do for $400.00.Very very upset.The shampoo machine cost $200.00 the shampoo another $50.So all together my carpets cost me $650.00.So no i DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL!!! I have many allergies so I had them apply a carpet treatment before the cleaning that would be forced into the carpet and padding to kill any mold, etc.. We just recently moved, so we wanted our whole house floor tiles and carpets cleaned. The service provided by Omar and Gilman was excellent. They called in advance of the appointment timeframe and arrived on time. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and they provided excellent service. I had Stanley Steemer come to my home to clean the grout on my almost all tile first floor. I don't think the grout has been professionally cleaned since the house was build 11 years ago. We moved in almost 3 years now and I've never had the time or energy to scrub the grout all at once. The men who showed up explained the procedure and did an excellent job. I am very happy. I have been a Stanley Steemer customer for over 20 years. I have no idea where they stand in pricing but I stay with them as I know they are consistent and stand behind their work. They are very professional, quick and make sure you are happy before they leave. They do a good job at getting out tough stains.
