Last year, they almost processed payment through my ACH and not through my lender like they were supposed to. -- No customer service & account management: I always had 4 different people at Palm Trinity reach out to me during a renewal period, and it felt like no one was speaking to each other because they all kept asking me the same thing. There was 1 representative who seemed competent and had knowledge about my account - but I had to call her several times and leave multiple voicemails to even get a hold of her. -- Palm Trinity let my insurance lapse even though I signed all the paperwork on time and was assured that everything was in order. A month after I signed the paperwork at Palm Trinity for new homeowners insurance, my mortgage company let me know that my insurance lapsed. Meaning, Palm Trinity dropped the ball and didn't submit my paperwork properly.
