I brought my car in for an inspection sticker and to replace headlight on September 11, 2024. My mileage was 87K+ miles at the time. I was also advised that my "rear brake pad life was getting low and rotors are becoming warped." Since I knew I recently had brakes serviced, I declined new rear brake pads. Yesterday, Feb 3, 2025/91.K miles I had the car serviced at Firestone. I specfically asked for them to check wear on rear brakes. The technician reported that both front & rear brake pads were in good shape, less than 50% worn. So, does Intergrated not now how to check brake pads? Or just trying to rip me off for an unneeded service? Be careful folks. read more

I was a couple of hundred miles from home picking up my son from Lafayette College when my service engine light came on and my car began shaking. From my initial call to the shop through the repair, the service was extraordinary! Their expert mechanics quickly diagnosed a faulty coil, which IAS had in stock. They replaced the coil and topped off my coolant and within a couple of hours I was good to go. I highly recommend this business both for their excellent customer service and mechanical expertise. Why is it these automotive repair men think that their customers are stupid and don't know what they're talking about when they bring a vehicle in for repair? I told this group exactly what was wrong with my car because I went underneath it and saw what was wrong with it after ripping out the damn sapling from the wheel well. I knew which wires were destroyed. I even have a part number. I asked them to replace it last week. So I brought it in expecting them to have the part already ordered and ready to install. But no. They had to run diagnostics at the cost of $90. So now I'm leaving them today for the last time for an additional $200. They really pissed me off. read more

I brought by 2002 CLK 320 into IAS because my front seat was not functioning correctly.. (would not move back and forth)...I received a phone call telling me that there were 2 faulty motors that needed to be replaced to the tune of $650.00...Upon questioning, I was put on hold. When I was picked back up the gentleman told me "can we keep your car til tomorrow, one of the other techs thinks it may be a fuse". Now I am not a mechanic, but it seems to me that the fuse should have been the first thing checked.....and yes it was the fuse..Once again upon questioning Dave did a double talk and tap dance....It makes me wonder that IF i did not question the 650 charge, would I have been charged that for a $2.00 fuse ??? read more

Great Service & Sales! We asked our neighbors if they could recommend a good place for BMW service. They recommended IAS and for a really good reason. IAS is the best! They are your neighbors! The service on our car was spot on. They did what we asked them and didn't try to oversell or find other "issues". When it came time to buy a car, we went to IAS. They were friendly and very laid back. The new to us car we purchased came with a great warranty. Who else has warranty on a previously owned car? Customer service= 0 Integrity=0 Products/cars= 3 I had two bad experiences; the first with the mechanics when I was getting an inspection and another with the owner, David Leggett. I was a prospective IAS customer about 6 years ago. I am writing this review now because I was not a Yelp user then but I STILL cannot drive past IAS on Bushkill Drive without getting a bad taste in my mouth. I was 18 and driving the family van to work and college. When it was inspection time, my dad and I went to IAS. It's worth noting my dad purchased a jaguar from IAS and enjoyed the vehicle/service at his time of purchase...I digress. For my van, the mechanic told us the back lamp wire had gone bad and the front ball joints were bad. He quoted us $800 to fix ($600 for the ball joints, $200 for the wires). I remember how SURPRISED the mechanic looked when my dad said told him he would fix the light and joint and bring it back. As it turned out the bulb was just blown (less than $6 fix). After my dad replaced the old ball joints, we brought them to another mechanic for a 2nd opinion (Chrins on 248) and he said the old joints WOULD have passed PA inspection. When we brought this to David's Leggett's attention, he said that "IAS has higher safety standards then what PA state allows" ... Second incident: I saw a red 1997 Honda Civic priced at 4k on IAS's lot. I was apprehensive about doing business with IAS again but I was young (20) and the price was right. My boyfriend and I test drove it and loved it. I mentioned to our sales man that it needed some work (muffler rattling, loose nail on plastic under the hood), but I was interested. Just to be safe, I brought it to my same mechanic (Chrins) to get a clean bill of health and I wanted to buy the car. David Leggett said I would have to wait until my original salesman was in (????). After a week, I naively went back and thought they would take my money and I was going to buy the car that day. I sat down with David Leggett and he said if I wanted the car, the quoted/sticker price of $4k was no longer an offer; I would have to pay $4600. When I asked him "why", he said, "Because you asked us to fix the car", which was not true. I was about 20 and did not know much about buying a car, but I knew I was being taken for a ride. Still naïve, I attempted to reason with him and that was when Mr. Leggett became angry, brusque and told us "that is the price. If you don't like it, then you can get out". I was 20, shocked, and embarrassed. If I could give IAS a 0, I would. I'm thankful my dad was with me for the inspection. I was working part time for minimum wage, went to college, and my parents expected me to take full financial responsibility for the van and myself. IAS would have cleared my account for a repair that was REALLY less then $10. I feel bad for the people IAS took advantage of who may not have known better, but hopefully this review helps someone read more

Called for a price quote to have my battery replaced. Anthony asked what type of vehicle I have, so I gave him the year, make and model. He quoted me $200 to $300. I asked for a more specific price, given battery options. Dead silence for a few seconds like he was upset he'd actually have to do some research...he then asks again about model & year, like I didn't just give him that info. He then quotes $325.99 (higher than initial range quote). I asked specifically if that was the cost of the battery, and he said yes. Knowing that was way to high, I asked if that included labor...he said yes (wtf). I asked how many CCA's on the battery, and he says, "I think about 800". After a few seconds of silence, he says 640. I've been to IAS before, and never felt such a blatant lack of customer service, like I got with Anthony. Horrible experience, and that's the kind of interaction that causes customers to look elsewhere for service. Damn shame! read more

His personality was ok while showing us the vehicle but stated to us that he really didn't know ANYTHING about the Vehicle when we took a test drive , we did our own research . We requested the tires be done at our expense and we were told our vehicle would be ready in a week ...3 weeks later we went to pick it up and no surprise to us that BOB our USED car salesmen wasn't even there to finish the paperwork he basically disappeared and barely communicated with us and when he did it was via text or email ..never by phone . Integrated Automotive Services,Inc doesn't even deserve 1 star!!!! I bought a $15,000 car from them 2 months ago, before I signed the papers they told me that they were going to take care of the squeaking from the front end... Got a call 3 WEEKS later for me to bring them my car in, that they were going to fix the problem. So, they gave me a hunk of s#!t car to use while they fixed mine. Did I mention the loaner had the check engine light on..oh and that broke down on me!!! YES 3 blocks down the road I stopped at McDonalds... To come out to a car that wont start, because they left the lights on all night dead battery!!! 2 hours later I made it back to IAS to pick up my car. After there unprofessional sales man came to McDonalds twice, once with a dead battery charger pack! Anyway, I finally get to "suppose to be fixed" car.. oh its still squeaking!!! Go figure! they replaced the REAR brakes...The whole time i've said its from the FRONT!!!! helloooo wake up!!! Do you guys have ears! Now, going on 2 months the problem still isnt fixed and is squeaking even more...cool.. So now im suppose to have an appointment today and 3pm, oh but they call me this morning telling me they cant do it today i have to wait 5 more days because they don't have a loaner car or id wait for 5-6hrs.....so 1. i missed 4 hours of work i had to take off. 2. there are NOT replacing the brakes..instead they are going to "service" them!! aka. spray lube and grease on them so they don't squeak..for what? a week of not squeaking?.. then its my problem right... 3. i have to miss work again to drop the car off and pick it up.4. its not going to be fixed right. I was able to purchase quality vehicles at fair prices, with no surprises or issues after sale. The Outback has had all major work done by IAS and now has gone 240,000 miles. I've found their service department competent and efficient , and over time I have learned to trust their judgement and advice implicitly. A week ago, I bought my first car here. I wasn't sure about the dealer before I went, because I saw all of these excellent reviews. Everything seemed too good to be true. Honestly, I couldn't have come across a better dealer to buy a car from. Their relationship is based on trust with the customer, and that is shown the second that you step onto the lot. I already knew of an accident on the carfax of the vehicle that I was looking at, and they brought it up to me upfront, and they will explain the carfax blips to you completely. They have nothing to hide, and wouldn't sell a car to you if it wasn't a great vehicle. Even better yet, they service all of the cars they sell, so if I am ever in need, I know right where to go. People have this preconceived notion that car dealers are just swindlers that only care about you taking something off the lot.Everyone there was so personable. First I took my time in looking for a used car. Price on the website got me to take a look at IAS. I was nervous as to a few negative reviews I read but since I did my homework on the car it was worth pursuing. At IAS, true to their word, it truly was a no hassle approach. Took a 2006 Volvo S60 AWD for a good drive around the area, told them I was interested but wanted to have my mechanic look over the car. Vin said great, when do you want to do that and set the date. Asked if they wanted a deposit to hold the car, he said no your word is good enough for us. No pressure to hurry nothing to sign. Two days later came back to take the car to my mechanic, result was a few minor issues. Back to IAS, gave them the feedback that I wanted the car provided they took care of the minor issues and upcoming maintenance (no problem). We settled on a price after quick honest negotiation. The only negative is that the car could have been detailed a little better before delivery, but I am nitpicking. Now 3 months later I am still happy with my car and would not hesitate to return for another purchase or service. read more
