Take my test today, scared to choose this test spot because of the bad review. For me the procedure works smoothly and the staff are friendly and helpful. They give pencil and papers. The room is not too big， so it was a little awkward when you are speaking alone( if your test require speaking) the bad thing is they use box papaer to separate candidates, which doesn't matter a lot but you can still see what the one sitting next to you is doing.( Writing or typing） read more

I can confirm that the front desk person who works here is very rude and disrespectful to exam takers. I had a very unpleasant experience with this woman. She's short, along with her hairstyle with a certain skin complexion. I do not recommend anyone coming here to take their certification exam. She will say anything to make you feel stifled and does not put any effort to make you feel welcomed. Lady, I don't know what drama you're going through with life but please for the love of your stupid God that you've written about on top of your desk, learn how to treat people with respect; it's not hard. To the person running this place, take note of what other people and I have said about this particular woman. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I passed, I didn't lose anything and the others besides her had manners but despite all that, I will not be coming back here. read more

I took my test for my profession's board certification exam here and it couldn't have been easier. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and gave simple, clear instructions regarding what I could have with me and what I couldn't. There are lockers onsite outside of the testing room big enough to fit a purse or a small backpack, which was very helpful--you can leave snacks or water there and come out of the exam room for them during the test. Please reconsider coming here for any testing. My review will be long. - 100 stars for the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk person (male, glasses, hair in a ponytail) is so incredibly rude and made me extremely uncomfortable. Parking was $9. Room was very small and the noise from reception/waiting room area was very distracting. TO THE OWNER OR MANAGER OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT: I would like to hear back from you regarding my experience. I attempted to call the office and had no luck reaching anyone. I went into my CBEST test with the worst anxiety and left with tears in my eyes after dealing with the man at the front desk. I can confidently speak for the 8 other people that were testing with me; we would NOT RECOMMEND this location for testing of any kind!! 1. There was no order in the way to be checked in. When I walked in, there were several people sitting in the waiting room, I assumed they had been helped so I walked to the front desk, as one naturally does when checking into a location. Front desk man immediately "greeted" me with a rude stare and "go sit down, your number 8 to be helped". OOOKKK am I at a meat deli? Do you at least have a sign in sheet? No guys, the answer is no. BTW the number I was given held no value since he had forgotten what numbers he had VERBALLY given out and to who he had given them to. 2. He ended up just calling us all up at once and took all of our drivers licenses. He attempted to register a nice lady first. He demanded to see her passport in addition to her drivers license . She didn't have it as she hadn't known it was required. She happily accepted her fault in not bringing her passport and kindly told the man " I can rescheduled." Did the man let her leave? Nope! He continued to embarrass her in front of the other test takers and made her feel horrible about not bringing her passport. When the man felt that he had punished her enough he gave her back her drivers license and she left. EXCEPT, the man gave her MY drivers license by mistake. Fortunately the woman caught the mistake before heading down the elevator. 3. I exited the testing room to use the restroom. I asked the man if it was ok and he said it was fine but that I would have to check out with him first. He asked for my name, I said "my name is Jackie but oh wait sorry, you would have it listed there as Jacqueline." He stared at me as if I was stupid and proceeded to tell me "Your name is not Jackie, your name is Jacqueline, NOT Jackie." Sorry sir that I offended you with the shortened version of my name. 3. I was given 6 dry erase sheets of paper to scribble my side work on for the math portion of the test (I appreciated this). They were difficult to erase with a napkin alone so I decided to wait until the test ended to erase with water of some sort. When I completed my test I walked to the front desk to check out and the man was not at his desk. I noticed a large spray bottle on the desk that the man was using to erase the sheets that previous testers did not clean themselves. I quickly grabbed it to spray down the sheets that I used so that the man wouldn't have to clean them for me (me being courteous). The man walked back to his desk and I very kindly told him "I'm all done with my testing, I hope it's ok that I grabbed the spray bottle to clean my sheets. I couldn't do it with the napkin alone and I didn't want you to have to clean them for me." ......I could not believe his reaction, he angrily said "actually yes I do mind, it's not ok" at first I thought he was joking but the menacing stare down he gave me made me realize that it was no joke. He just kept staring at me for what felt like 10 minutes! To end the horrible awkwardness, I asked for my test results and left. These are JUST 4 examples of what I had to personally experience with this man. I can promise that every person testing today did not appreciate this mans horrible attitude. Please reconsider keeping this man as your employee. Or, please re-train. Your clients are teachers and professionals that just want to get through a stressful test. We don't want to have to deal with horrible customer service on top of this. read more

It's a pathetic TOEFL test centre. Don't take your test here as it has very low standards and you can't concentrate at all while taking your test. There is no silence and very cramped up. read more

The worst place to take an exam...CSET, RICA, etc. Please avoid taking your exam at Integrated Digital Technologies in Glendale. The service is lame...There's only one person who does everything Everywhere you're cramped into a small spot...in the tiny waiting room as well as the testing room. I couldn't believe each work station is separated by a cardboard divider, almost like the ones you buy at the 99 Cents store. The keyboards are very old school and are noisy. The noise cancelers don't do the job neither. I took my test here this past November, hopefully they improved it since then but if not, don't say I didn't warn you. read more

I am just finishing the intensive web master class. I have learned everything you would need to know about HTML, CSS, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Flash. The office recently moved to a great location in downtown Glendale making it convenient as well as student-friendly with many restaurants and shops within walking distance to class. When I was unemployed, I decided it was a good time to expand my IT knowledge and update my skills. I found IDT Learning, and right away I realized this was a 'good fit' for what I needed! I can feel the hospitality, and can tell the instructors were warm and patient- that's what I needed! The counselor, Emilio, and the owner, Juan, took the time to get to know me, and explain to me the benefits of the different courses. They advised me and helped me through the entire process and class. I registered for the MCSE class, and I loved it! The instructor, Victor, is top-notch! I spent years in school prior to this and can honestly say he is one of the easiest to follow, funniest, and valuable instructors I've ever had! The class was very small, and so I had a lot of one-to-one interaction with the instructor- it was almost like tutoring. I landed an interview with a large company, and because I was well-prepared from the class, I landed the job!! The best part is- this is the most amount of money I have ever made!
