TERRIBLE!!!! it was my first time ever getting a massage so: 1. i was very uncomfortable when she didn't care to explain what i should expect. I was basically naked and she came in but left the door open 2. I booked swedish but i'm pretty sure it was deep tissue, not relaxing at all, it hurt lol. 3. my massage therapist did not speak english well (which is fine) but when she would ask me questions & i didn't understand her, she would began to raise her voice or get an angry tone. Been here a few times. Very easy to make appointments. I get the deep tissue with hot stones. On my last visit my hubby & I got a very relaxing couples massage. Linda & Susan are the best. It's a lage facility with many rooms & they keep it clean. Pricing is really good compared to the big name places. read more

I've visited this establishment at least five times, initially discovering them through Class Pass and then returning on my own. I even brought my boyfriend for a couples massage, and he loved it. The massages have always been excellent, and until recently, I hadn't experienced any issues. Unfortunately, during my last visit on August 3rd, my experience was completely overshadowed by the front desk attendant's behavior. My boyfriend had prepaid for my massage as a thoughtful pick me up after a rough week. The massage itself was wonderful, and the masseuse did a great job, which is the only reason I'm leaving any stars. However, as I was leaving and chatting with the front desk lady and the masseuse, I began sending a tip without much thought, choosing an amount I had given previously. The desk attendant then began persistently pressuring me to increase the tip. Despite my polite questions about whether there was a required minimum, she never gave a clear answer and kept insisting. This felt rude and made me very uncomfortable. Tipping should always be voluntary and at the customer's discretion. If the business relies on tips to supplement wages, that's one thing, but pressuring customers, especially in front of staff, is unprofessional and leaves a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my view of this place, and I won't be returning. read more

I've been here about six times. always very happy! today I had the WORST massage i've ever had anywhere. I couldn't wait for it to end! Not relaxing at all. I paid for a 90 minute massage. She was so rough I thought to myself "am I being punked?". I asked for her name afterwards to make sure I never get her again. I was told her name is Mia. I tipped $15....i always have tipped $30. I should have just told her to stop and just left. I'm giving them 4 stars out of 5 since my other experiences here were great. First time going here and it did not disappoint! I booked a couples massage online for myself and my fiancé. Super easy appointment booking. I originally booked an hour and asked if I could change it to 90 min and they were so nice and accommodating to the change. The pressure was perfect for both my fiancé and myself. It hurt SOOOO GOOD! They really got into the knots and it was such a relief. My fiancé is very peculiar on his massages and he said it was THE BEST MASSAGE he's ever received. We left feeling so refreshed and relaxed. Drove over an hour to get here and walked in to the lady saying I didn't have an appointment and they didn't have any available. Fml. 2/20/20 Went in for a foot massage and asked if I could do 70 or 90 minutes she said fine cash or credit the whole time trying to figure out whether I was paying cash or credit. She seemed like she didn't want to have a customer. The massage was good but the whole time she kept stopping to do something else. Once we're at the end I said it hasn't been time she says next time. In the end her tip suffered due to her rush. She also started my time from the moment I walked in. I gave a crappy tip for crappy service but you pay for what you get. The place is loud so if you can get over that and the lady continuously leaving to do something else this is your spot. Original final message from a while ago where I rated 5 stars: Had a great massage from May. May is great, listens to what you want, applies strong pressure or as little pressure as want. One thing I find sometimes that bothersome when getting a massage is when the massage therapist has long enough nails that scratch you not the case with her. Only complaint I had was she kept stopping because she needed to answer the phone or a customer came it only happened a few times but it was a little annoying but not enough that I wouldn't go back. They came into retreat center we were working at with their mobile tables and gave me and my partner a couples massage. We both LOVED our massage! For me, it was one of the best massages I've ever gotten. She used the perfect amount of pressure and it was a wonderful balance of therapeutic and relaxing. Everyone in their staff was super nice and professional too. 4 other women at the retreat got a massage as well and I heard them raving about it too. Great value for the service. My husband and I came here with a last minute booking and we're happily accepted for a couples massage. I had horrible pain in my shoulder and neck that I had been trying to relieve for days. May and her girls were so good. I told them I just wanted neck, back and shoulders for the whole hour and they did not disappoint. It's hard to find a place that knows exactly where the pain is just by touching you, but they knew all the right spots. The most disappointing foot massage I have ever experienced! She wore rubber gloves the entire time, walked out to service guests in the front area more than once, received notifications on her personal phone non-stop and the front door chimed over and over but no one was there. She also cut the massage short by 20 minutes. She based it on the time I walked through the front door instead of when the services started and not to mention she was busy at times. Another amazing 90 minute massage today. Linda worked wonders with her magic fingers finding all of my problem areas. I enjoyed my relaxing time listening to the soothing music while all my stress from the week was quickly fading away. That is... until a couple came in and was talking non-stop for the last 20 minutes of my massage. I know I wasn't the only one annoyed as there were other patrons also getting massaged at the time. Even a loud "shhhhh" that I sent their way wasn't enough to quiet them down. Unfortunately, people like this are the reason why signs SHOULD be in place. People, be considerate of others. If you want to visit, please do so prior to walking in the building, get a massage at the mall or rent out the entire place for yourselves. Sunrise Massage is a serenity refuge for many and your incessant talking snaps us right out of our carefree bliss. This place is somewhere I usually go for massage . I had horrible neck and shoulder pain. She didn't even touch me neck!!!! I was still in pain when I left . They charged 5$ more to use essential oil. Which is fine . But at the end I gave 7$ tip because I was still in pain, and she didn't touch the part of my body that hurt me ! And she said "oh wow just 7$???" "I worked hard" I said what!!!! Omg. I just have our massage today. This place is really nice. If you want a decent massage, I will defenitely recommend this place. This is the second time to get massage here and I will say the best experience so far. The owner was friendly and don't understand why some people complain about language barrier, but I will say that they pretty much understood what I'm talking about and even recommended a few stretching technique for me to loosen my joints. This place is clean from the massage table all the way to their bathroom. The only massage parlor that I've been to with breathing paper napkin which I beleive that every massage parlor should have. Well I have made good comments about this location in the past but I was very disappointed when I showed up for my appointment on Saturday March 26th. I texted the owner late of Friday and asked who was working on Saturday morning at 10 am. She told me Julie & Penny. I said I would take Julie because I have had her before and she's very good. They all know I have had 8 surgery on my tail bone so it's important to me to get someone I have had in the past. Well I show up and May the owner says I'm getting Penny and I said I made the appointment with Julie. It was like she didn't care about me they just wanted the cash. Needless to say I will never return to this establishment again because they didn't value me as a customer only my money. I've had over 300 massages in my lifetime and never once had to tell her to stop and get out then walk myself out of a building. Very good massage just not what I'm used to. No one described their massage in the reviews. So I'll tell you. The woman i had used her elbows and arms more than her hands. I like the pressure but to me this felt like a rilling pin. Very uncomfortable for me. I prefer the pressure of strong hands. She was professional and did get some knots out. read more
