From the very beginning, Theresa took the time to really understand what we were looking for and what mattered most to us. She never made us feel rushed or pressured, and instead approached everything with patience, honesty, and genuine care. It was clear that we weren't just another transaction--we were people she truly wanted to help. What stood out most to me was how responsive and thoughtful Theresa was throughout the entire process. No question was too small, and no concern was ever brushed aside. She always made sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions, which meant a lot during such an important moment. Beyond that, Theresa is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. Whether it was navigating negotiations, handling unexpected challenges, or offering practical advice, she consistently went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out in our best interest. I'm genuinely grateful we had the chance to work with Theresa, and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. You'll be in excellent hands.

Best experience I have EVER had working with any real estate agent or Realtor!!…read more I've bought/sold two homes in the past working with at least 3 Realtors through the process and Liz and her team delivered the best experience BY FAR! My wife and I worked with Liz on the purchase of our new dream house in Orange County. From the start she was going above and beyond what we were expecting. We called rather suddenly when a property showed up on the market and scheduled to go see it with her. We weren't seriously looking before this. By the time we got to the property she and her team already had a good understanding of the history of the listing and were working comps real time to give us a clear understanding of what fair market value would be. Even adjusting it for what we were seeing in person at the property. We weren't certain if it was more of a buyer's market or a seller's market as it had been a seller's market for so long, but she explained the current conditions/trends of what she was seeing in the area and gave us EXCELLENT advice every step of the way. But she was also never pushy. She ultimately left it up to us to make the decision with the information she provided. We trusted her expertise and it absolutely paid off, literally. We got a deal on the property that we are very happy with. She offered great advice on everything from prices, timing, and even when to potentially walk away. Liz has a team of people that really seem to communicate as a team, not just a group of individuals working under the same company name. In passing conversations Liz talked about how she and her team work together, and it does seem like they get to share in each others expertise and experiences to develop a good understanding of the market. Liz also talked about what she does to train her team, and she seems like a great leader. No one looks left behind to fend for themselves, and it seems very structured so that everyone has support and training to deliver great customer service. Liz has a great reputation in the area which I think was a huge benefit in our case. The seller's Realtor already knew Liz and trusted her. We happened to meet the seller's Realtor, and even without Liz present, the seller's Realtor had nothing but great things to say about their interactions. Her expertise really does seem to be in demand as she seemed to be giving seminars or talks to audiences even outside of her team. Even with her busy schedule it never really impacted the scheduling of events at our home. She always still met us at the property for events like home inspections, walk throughs, and giving us the keys to the property. She always provided great communication and was very responsive whether it was through e-mail, calls or texts to help answer questions. I can be "particular" (picky) about some things and whenever I brought up a question or concern, no matter how small, she never dismissed it or tried to excuse it as something I didn't need to worry about. She took my concerns seriously and got them addressed. Out of everything, I think this is what I am most grateful for as it kept me comfortable working with her and I never felt like she was just trying to "close a deal", which was my preconceived notion of Realtors unfortunately. She really does seem to care for her clients and making sure they are happy. I would 100% work with Liz again!

The…read moreneighbors are nice, and the maintenance team is amazing, but management is completely horrendous. Moved in Jan 2024, and El was originally the person to move us in. The beginning of living there was nice, but it went downhill over time. El entered many other tenants' information incorrectly, so when the new management came in, we all had to resubmit our information because he lost it. New fees were implemented without proper notice, and they stopped paying for the lockers! The locker situation was horrible because packages were just being thrown on the ground and sometimes stolen! It ended up being an honor system from neighbors to trust each other that we don't take our packages since management believed it was okay to just have them all scattered in the mailroom. But why I moved my family out was because our upstairs neighbors flooded the shared kitchen pipe with sludge, oil, and water (I was on the 2nd floor). This caused our entire kitchen to stink and backflow whenever the upstairs neighbors kept pushing gunk down. We called management, and they delayed two days in calling them a "special" team, which then said, "We'll come another day to fix." So that left our kitchen unusable, but because there was no temporary safety measure, the neighbors dumped so much gunk that our SINK PIPES BURSTED and OVERFLOWED with BLACK TAR. I called emergency maintenance, but they didn't send anyone for FOUR HOURS, so I had to call an emergency plumber and the fire department because the entire apartment was oozing black liquid and reeking of ammonia, which management said was okay to stay in and not a safety hazard, btw. Then they said, we had to pay out of pocket because it's "not our fault." We had to live like that for days! Our cat was coughing, we were getting dizzy, and all Katie said was "These things happen in apartments, idk!" We had to leave for a few days because they did NOT take us seriously. Katie told us to get over it in such a cold, demeaning, and unempathetic tone. Also, while we were gone, for they could take "days" to fix the apartment, they promised to keep us up to date because people would be entering our apartment to fix the pipes, and they REFUSED to answer any of my calls, texts, or emails. I was at a work event too, and I was completely stressed out! When we got back, things were STILL dirty, smelly, and we lived in constant fear that this would happen AGAIN. While someone came in to "sanitize" the area, I fear how long they left it, that mold could grow, and what if water is leaking inside the walls! After this event, I had to go to the doctor's for stress migraines because of how bad this situation was. Not to mention, the fire alarm goes off at least a few times a week. I remember a new couple moved next to us, and I'm pretty sure they moved out right away because of how often the alarms went off. Because the fire alarms went off so often, I was worried I would never know when a REAL emergency happened. You have to use your FOB to unlock any door or elevator in this jail of an apartment. So what happens if there's a fire and you don't have your keys? Are you just going to get locked inside? It's such a safety hazard! Moved to Irvine instead and am having a great time. Literally avoid this place. The only shining light was the maintenance team - shout out to them!

With each new management, the once bustling gem that I called home became harder and harder to endure. Still, it was hard to leave because the apartment itself is beautiful and it's super centrally located. Thankfully, I am incredibly optimistic since Greystar took over. In the past eight months since they've taken over, I've noticed an incredible shift in how responsive and communicative management is as well as the effort the was easy to see - they attended to broken or unsecured matters quicker than the management companies that came before them. I hear there's a lot in store for 2026 and developments they're looking to make on the property. The surroundings themselves seem to be getting cleaner and safer and, for the first time in awhile, I'm a happy and content resident at Nineteen01. I'm giving them 4 stars because, well, there's always room for improvement and the garage is currently not functional, and hasn't been for several days.
