Michelle had her crew at my house within an hour to start the drying process. After a couple of weeks of heaters and dehumidifiers, Travis Connor verified that the floors and walls were dry enough to begin repairs. Joe Finding oversaw the repair process and made sure that everything happened on time. Almost the entire house needed to be painted, and ceiling tiles in the basement replaced. Will and Josh did a great job on the basement tiles, and Paul and Chris provided a beautiful paint job upstairs, using the Sherwin Williams paint that I requested. Platinum picked up the bathroom vanity that I had purchased, and Henry did a very professional job installing it. Since the entire house was recarpeted, all of the furniture had to be moved from room to room to accommodate the carpet installers. Will, Nick, and Matt provided the muscle to make all of the moving happen on schedule, and did not damage any furniture or artwork. A big shout out to Travis for finding carpeting that was virtually an exact match to what was damaged. The contractor that Platinum used for carpet installation was amazing! I can't see any seams. Finally, Laurie and Jessica cleaned the bathroom where the water leak started, and made the ceramic tile and grout look brand new. All Platinum personnel were always on time and very professional. Joe Finding stayed in constant communication with me throughout the entire process. Platinum Restoration will be my first choice in the future should the need arise.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars to B-Dry System for the service they provided. During the…read moreheavy rains I had some basement flooding despite my sump pump which stopped running. To try to prevent any further flooding, I contacted one of the well-known basement waterproofing companies in the area; they said they could not get anyone out for about 1 1/2 months and that was just to give an estimate. I then contacted B-Dry and after they got some basic information the nice woman asked if my system was from them; I said that I did not know since it was installed prior to my purchase of the house. She went and checked their records and informed me that it was installed by B-Dry in 1980 and therefore was still under warranty. At this point she scheduled me for service a couple of days later and asked if I wanted a copy of the documents. On the following Monday service technician arrived on time; he was knowledgeable and helpful. After a quick inspection he determined that the issue was that the plug for the sump pump was loose due to the adapter, so I taped it to the drainpipe and the pump has been working without issue since them. The whole service call was efficient and ended up being no charge. They also provided me with a complete copy of the documents and warranty for the system. I respect how B-Dry handled this issue; they went above and beyond for a system they installed 53 years ago. They did not take advantage of the fact that I didn't know they had installed the system. B-Dry would be my choice if I needed a basement waterproofing system and I would recommend you use them if you have any flooding issues.
