This was after I had them repaired already. I'm ready to trash these blinds and get new ones because they won't stay up all the way. They are also too heavy for the mounting brackets which bend (then let in light) and rip out of the wood frame. All About the Blinds is also very slow to respond. They had my Roman Shades in for repair for nearly a year because they forgot about it.

They had always given our company a very fair rate and Quality Quick Service. That is no longer the case. I have long waits for glass and they never wrap the glass in paper, expecting me to put this in my car with leather interior, unprotected by a paperwrapping. The final straw was when I last picked up glass they had grossly overcharged me. When I questioned it, they did refund a small portion of my money but by the time I went to use the glass it had snapped in half because it was not protected by paper. It's very unfortunate since it was a good and smooth Running Company when Punky was there and now since her grandsons took over, they price gouge and do substandard work. I did call and talk with John who sits at the front desk to explain my frustrations and he brushed me off, so, See you later; I'll never be back.
