I didn't have the full copay and I offered to put everything I had towards it, which was 2/3 of the amount due. I offered to pay the rest the next day when I got paid, I could call them and do it, I could pay her next appointment, plus the amount due then. Anything. Not a chance, according to their policy. This is the unfortunate side of medical care, even when you offer everything you can to get care, you are still denied if you're unfortunately short $15. They tried to reschedule me for the next day, but my daughter has already missed school and we drove 45 minutes to be here, along with me taking off work.
