All interactions have been handled with the greatest care from the front desk to the treating physicians and PAs. Scheduling is a breeze and the representatives are always so pleasant and understanding. Micah is a personal favorite of mine. She has surgically removed "things" and sent them off to pathology. Results come in very quickly. Her bedside manner is way above and beyond any expectations. Micah has the ability to make the patient feel like they're truly cared about. I can't say enough good things about her and her supporting team. I have not had any elective procedures at the clinic, but everyone in the waiting room always seems to be very happy. UP DATE I just received a call from Westlake dermatology, they have been my dermatology center for years, they called and said that they were cancelling my fee of $100.00, they to had seen the weather alert and that they did not feel the fee was warranted due to the circumstances.
