Not his fault, but we may have know more if he would have listened to her. Find a doctor that cares, really listens, and doesn't offer excuses for his unhelpful staff or places blame on patients. Only one person was waiting for him. I could understand if the waiting room had been full of people but there was one person. Later in the day he called to ask what I needed and again said he has been out of the office. He is a pathological liar. AND his front desk person with the black curly hair has gotten a big ego knowing that she has the power to ruin your day. I am so glad I found the most wonderful doctor ever. Look for a concierge doctor in your area. They charge about $2400.00 a year ($600 every 3 months) plus your insurance pays for everything else and you get EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND MORE. I would have had zero issue if they told me there would be a charge, which they did not. I work for a doctor and we would never charge an insurance company for discussing results with our patient. There office sends me a letter telling me to find care somewhere else, which I was planning on anyway, but how pathetic that there front office receptionist can't handle a patient calling there office out on a charge that's completely unacceptable and unethical. This is what's wrong with healthcare!!
