I had another repairman come out the week before and he couldn't find anything wrong but charged us for the house call, followed up the next morning and when I told him that the issue was persisting, he never got back in touch. I was so disappointed and frustrated. Joseph was professional and a wealth of information. From the first phone call, he helped me troubleshoot, looked over some information about my appliance, called me back and gave me some clear expectations for our appt and what he would be looking for. He arrived the next day and not only helped address the issue, but gave me a great education on how my model of fridge works and what to look out for in the future. Very impressed. Joseph showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. My washer had some serious issues that he could spot upon a visual inspection. He told me the problem and that it was more than he could guarantee that he could fix, so that he didn't want to inspect further and/or attempt a repair that would be a fail. Based on the visual inspection and the apparent problems he didn't even charge his normal house call fee. I felt he was honest and more than fair in his approach and not taking on something that he might not be able to fix. It is hard to find someone who is honest and isn't out there just to make a quick service call fee, which he certainly could have charged me based on him coming out to see me. read more

Much like these other reviews, we were very pleased with Joseph's service. He gave us an hour window to expect him and was actually a few minutes early. Our 16 year old freezer had stopped working and we were dreading having to buy a new one. He explained everything he was looking at, showing me everything along the way. He determined it was a part that could be replaced, was able to locate the part and get it installed, saving us from having to purchase a new one. The tub bearings on my washer went out, causing the spin cycle to sound like a jet plane taking off. Joseph came out, diagnosed the problem, and gave me an estimate. The parts had to be ordered, taking a few days to arrive. When he got the parts, Joseph called, made an appointment and showed up as promised. During the repair process, for which I was present, he explained every step and why it was necessary. The job took pretty much as long as he estimated and the final bill was as estimated. He estimated his arrival time within an hour window and arrived on time. He was friendly, courteous and explained what he was doing as he went along. Joseph came out to my house for a washer repair. He was on time ,helpful courteous and honest. My washer was very old and the transmission was shot. Joseph told me he could repair it but it would be very costly and it would be wiser to buy new. He recommended a specific brand and told me why.
