It was as if he was going along guessing at what might be the problem while I was stuck paying for repairs and parts that DO NOT WORK and have not since he was here on 12/12/2025 and 11/20/25 although on all receipts he has dated as 2026. Pavel Davydov and I tried to pay him through Zell but it would not accept my payment so I paid by cc. Range radiant element -$138.00, Dual Radiant element $159.00 plus $100.00 for labor. When he found new elements not working he said it was probably the switch.so he came back on 12/12/25 at that time I was charged $211.52 for the part and install, which one again did not fix the problem. He then said maybe it's the mother board and offered to replace that too. .I was not having any more of this guy so I just told him stop. I realize it's been awhile but it really bothers me that I paid this guy over $600.00 to repair my elements and they are still not working any better then before he ever showed up. While the job was eventually completed, the overall experience was frustrating, drawn out, and far below what you'd expect from a professional. Between the missed appointments, poor communication, and lack of accountability, I would not recommend using him.

The "repair" failed immediately, leaving the tenants with a puddle around the refrigerator and an iced over icemaker. When I called to schedule a follow-up, he promised to come out promptly, but over the next FOUR WEEKS repeatedly failed to show up to honor the schedule appointments. This left the tenants spending hours and days sitting around waiting for him to show up. His incompetence and unreliability turned a simple fix into a nightmare of frustration and wasted time.
