Wow, a lot can change with new management. I brought my vehicle here in March and the service was great. Today, not so much. They mentioned the general manger changed, maybe that's the issue? Last time I was here I was charged $70 for my oil change after a coupon, for conventional oil. This time they tried to tell me I could semi-synthetic or synthetic, which would be $150 to $200+ - that difference is ridiculous. The guy then asks one of the other guys, who corrects him, and they get the normal oil. He then asks if I want my tires rotated, I said sure. It includes a free break inspection - awesome, my front ones need it, so we'll know how bad. They finish, and pull the vehicle out, and said it's done - it didn't look like they took the tires off. So I asked, and he realizes he forgot. At which point I said, if you didn't charge me forget it. I'll get it done somewhere else. Also, just noticed on the receipt that it says I have an oil leak. This was not mentioned to me so now I don't know how bad it is or what I should do about it. I am not even sure its right, as there are no oil spots where I regularly park. I'll likely be going somewhere else for my oil changes in the future because it still cost more than the last time I was at the same place and the service was a mess. This place is the worst I.I came for a oil change which is $80 mind you (High Af)So they tell me they are running a lifetime warranty on brakes if they do them all you pay for is labor well when I came back they said no brake info is in the system so I went ahead and got the oil change only to find out when I got home the car was leaking oil have to take it back tomorrow what a rip off read more

Another dissatisfied (one long term) customer. I went in for a simple oil change, and walked out with a $128.00 bill. And... my car was not swept, windows not done, timer which indicated engine work needed not recalibrated..... So, I called the 'manager' and he asked me, "what did I want to do about it?" I asked him, "what do YOU think you should do about it?" He said, "I don't know." SO, I called corporate. They 'resolved' my issue by apologizing, telling me to take my car to any JLube for a vacuum, BUT no offer of discount, future discount, loyal customer thanks... NOTHING! BTW there is an online coupon for an oil change, but even corporate said that there was nothing they could do about it because I didn't have the coupon with me. REALLY??? Never again!!! I go for an oil change and ask them to replace my serpentine belt. It was not busy and took them 3hrs from start to finish, only twice with in the first hour, one gentleman came to tell me they were having problems, I waited two more hours and no one looked my way or told me what was going on until it was time to pay. My car had no issues going in, just doing some preventative maintenance, when I left my belts squealed, when I ask why, I was told because it's a fresh belt it needs broke in!! read more
