We couldn't be happier with our choice of Integrity Electrical Services. Joe came right over (on a Saturday), as he thought it could be a dangerous situation. He shut the power off, for safety reasons. He came back the next day which was a Sunday, to temporarily restore power. The complete replacement and upgrade from 100 - amp to 200 amp service, was completed in a timely manner. Not only was Joe efficient, he was friendly and respectful. I called with an electrical wiring issue I could not resolve and turned out was due to something I did incorrectly trying to replace some old Insteon smart switches with Thread/Matter switches from InnovellI. I spoke with Joe when I called. He was very knowledgeable and had clear recommendations on what we should do to resolve the issue. They tried to come the following day, but ran into issues on a prior job. They reschedled for the next Monday morning. A technician named Pedro came out. Pedro was excellent to talk to and work with. He resolved for me an issue that I am not sure I would have been able to resolve. I am so glad I called Integrity and am grateful for the patience and explanations Pedro provided. Replaced the light at the end of my driveway. The poor old light pole snapped in half and was held together by electrical wires. Integrity spend the day digging out the pole, replacing it, rewiring it, and putting a new light fixture at the top. It cost about $1,325, which is a lot, but better than having nothing at the end of a steep driveway with hard to see retaining walls at night. read more

Called left a message. Waited a few hours, sent a request online for immediate electrical residential service - power problems in a 2800 sq foot house. No response. Waited the following day called again left a 2nd message. Don't state you provide 24/7 service when no one on your staff is capable of returning an online request or 2 voicemails. read more

Moved to a new house a month ago and discovered the electrical system inside and outside the house needed some major work. The previous owners did a lot of their own work and it was what bears do in the woods. Joe was extremely professional and helpful. He was actually able to do the job earlier than he thought he would be able to. He was very clear in his explanations about the work and the charges. In spite of exceeding the 30 minute diagnostic time by a few minutes, he did not charge us for an entire hour. Joe showed up on time and charged the quoted price for a diagnostic. He were honest and told me that an electrical surge just caused all of my light bulbs to burn out at once, so they didn't have to do any work, I just needed new light bulbs!
