He shut the power off, for safety reasons. He came back the next day which was a Sunday, to temporarily restore power. Received 3 estimates, all came back roughly in the…read moresame price range. 128 quoted the OEM Mitsubishi unit that I was looking for, (the others did not) along with handling all the permits & electrical needs. Their price also included a 3 year service plan. The install was scheduled 3 days after I accepted the quote, others were scheduling 2-3 weeks out. On the day of the installation, the 128 crew arrived right on time, calling ahead to let me know they were on the way. They showed up with a four man crew, 2 installers for the mini-split and 2 electricians. The work was pristine, the wiring was neat, the unit was placed on a pad and looks great! The crew (Paul, Nedim, Nick & Connor) was extremely professional and curtious. The work was completed by 3pm same day. I am 100% pleased with the work and will be using them going forward for all my HVAC needs.
