They were incredible helpful, speedy, communicative, friendly and honest. I did not ever feel a single time that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of (especially as a woman with minimal car knowledge). I also really enjoy that you can opt right then and there to approve or deny a service. It also has prices estimates. At the end of the service the price estimates were the same as the charges (not sure if it would ever vary or if they would call before if it was to be more) I appreciate the pictures they take too! Pricing seems to be fair and comparable. The service was excellent. Very approachable and patient as I had questions and concerns since I'm not familiar with car stuff. It's easy enough to find, squeezed between the sonic and gas station. You could probably wander around and sit other places if you needed to wait for your car. I definitely plan to come back for my future care services and recommend!

I had just got 2 brand new tires on my front so I knew after a rotation, they would be on the back. Obviously not the end of the world, but 5 stars means perfection, and while I "assume" the oil and transmission and brake fluids were indeed taken care of, technically how would I know? The tires I easily could tell, considering they had a tread depth of 10 vs 4, which caused me to have to go back to discount tire to have the rotation performed. Again, great place and I had some additional service recommendations that I considered going back for, but if a simple rotation isn't taken care of, I do have cause for pause that other service may not actually be performed unless I'm sitting in the bay watching every single step. Nonetheless, I do know if I went back they would have completed it, but they're a bit out of the way and also, after spending $550, I would like to think I shouldn't have to go back for work that was supposed to be done the first time. 4 stars is best I can do.

He said I was the first person in 5 years that had asked for prices to be matched from another nearby mechanic shop. He even said that the prices that they quoted me, that I should go to the other shop instead, was a $60 difference by the way. Was also told by Ken that I wasn't a good customer because I had only done one oil service with them in a year and a half. After inspection, was sent a comprehensive evaluation AND was taken through all the points by Brian (Bryan?), and shown/told that car had a coolant leak that was likely going to result in having a $5000+ repair sooner than later. Some of the BEST $ I ever spent! I ALWAYS suggest pre-purchase inspection of ANY used car, irrespective of ANY dealership saying "we thoroughly inspect all of our vehicles."

Oil on the driveway. Ugh…read more Called some friends to get a recommendation for a local shop. One said that Scott from Sunland was the guy. We had the car towed over (2018 Ford Fusion Hybrid), and they diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately, the tech made a small mistake and once we got the car home, there was more oil on the driveway and a check engine light. Ugh, again. So we called back to Scott to see what he wanted us to do. We understand that sometimes mistakes are made and issues arise. How a business owner handles those issues are the difference between good businesses and great ones. This is a great one. Scott was MUCH more upset than we were! He got us back in same day and fixed the issue at no charge! (We should have paid for a necessary part, but he would not charge us.) With everything so expensive these days, and everyone trying to stretch a buck, it's hard to know if you're leaving your car with someone who cares about it as much as you do. Scott does.
