Told me I needed 6 piers for my foundation due to structural cracks. Yeah....ok.....well when I called to get help from you, I was stone walled. Your people shoveled a foot worth of dirt on top and over my water valves and boxes in the front making it to where we couldn't get to our turn offs during the huge freeze. Why in the world would your people pile the excess dirt on important access points for the house and sprinkler water. You refused to help! Your people left a huge hole with exposed pipes going into the house and when I called you refused to help even though the disaster freeze was coming! When you damaged my sprinklers you said you would fix them, you did not, I had to pay a landscaping company 7k to fix what you did to the front of my yard and my sprinklers! IFR came recommended by the Real Estate person we're using to sell our house so I didn't give it a lot of thought when we had them come out to inspect/quote us for foundation work needed in order to sell our house. Jay, the individual that came out to inspect and quote, came out and did a lot of walking and note taking as our house is very old and needed lots of work. Jay unfortunately also had a LOT on his mind what with there being a death in the family... The part of the inspection that should be noted is the part where he left out what their scope of work would be as far as my media room goes and what would end up happening to all the flooring within. Jay neglect to inform me that they were going to rip up 3/4ths of the flooring in my 24x18 media room and just leave it in a pile by the wall. Did I forget to mention that my house is already under contract with a potential buyer and that the foundation work is part of the agreement? The buying is doing a final walk of the house this next Thursday and when he sees the current state of the Media room, he man just cancel the contract because its not longer in the condition that it was when he put the contract on the house. So my wife is frantic, I'm stressed, IFR neglected to mention some VERY important info regarding their scope of word and what it would entail and they refuse to do anything about it. I initially spoke with Jay after the fact and he apologized for forgetting to mention what would be happening in the media room and that at this point it was too late to do anything because the work has already been done. Lets make something clear here... Jay admitted fault, plain as day, to me. Knowing that Jay wasn't going to help me I then called IFR's office and spoke with a nice girl named Brittany and explained the situation to her. She sympathized with me at every turn and asked me to get a quote from my flooring guy and send it to them.. so I have the flooring people come out and give me a quote thinking that things are moving in a direction where everyone wins. I get a call back by another lady that wasn't ask kind as Brittany and the FIRST thing she says to me is, "I hope you don't expect us to pay for anything, because thats not what we do". As you can assume, I'm quite a bit put off and surprised but I decide to walk her through the entire conversatoin I had with Brittany and in the end, I feel like maybe she is seeing things my way a bit. Then she says she has to pass this up to the General Manager. Ohh let me just tell you, this lady is a real piece of work and shouldn't be representing ANY company, much less IFR. I went over the entire thing again with her, tried to get her to see things my way, debated the verbiage of their agreement that I wasn't walked through as is standard... and in the end she just hung up on me and refused to take my call. IFR is without a doubt a poorly run Foundation Repair Company with shady practices and I hope this review acts as a warning to others. Use someone else, anyone else, its in your best interest. ZERO stars! RUN AWAY FROM THEM! I bought my house 2 years ago with transferable foundation warranty from Integrity. Later on the house began to develop cracks, doors got stuck, etc. Called Integrity, they sent an inspector who said everything was fine. A week later a hot water pipe in the slab WAS TORN APART by the moving foundation! I bypass the drama with re-routing pipes and the associated costs. Called Integrity again - they sent a Sr. Inspector who said that one half of house is 2 inches lower than the other!! 2 inches - this certainly couldn't have happened in a week, so the first inspector overlooked it! Arranged for the house to be lifted since that half that was sagging was the one where Integrity had done work previously and where the warranty applied. Bypass the lousy scheduling, the crew not showing up twice, etc. When they finally showed up and began working, they knocked out my electricity completely, tearing off the grounding wire and causing a major electrical outage in my house. ALL lighting fixtures, ceiling fans with LED/electronics, even AC variable speed motor (also electronic) were "fried". CoServ spent 4 hours trying to fix the matter, and the Integratiry said they have NO LIABILITY for any damage they caused! Breakage caused by power outage is excluded from the home warranty, so I had to pay thousands out of pocket for get all my lights and AC replaced. To add insult to the injury, all this happened while the house was under contract and the buyer was doing their inspection, so, naturally, the buyer cancelled. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Came out and used the same old yellow box machine that they all use to measure the foundation. At the end, told me the place was not in trouble but could use "a pier on each corner". Then they wrote the report and gave it to the buyer's realator (who hired Integrity paid for the report btw). Then the final report recommends 13 piers. What? And the foundation inspector also did roof inspections and I've since found out they do plumbing as well. Got each other's back you suppose? Or maybe it's just me. read more

I'll start by saying I know nothing about foundation failure, so when I saw cracks in my bricks I was afraid we had foundation problems - Andria from IFR came out and did a comprehensive inspection of our home and found everything within acceptable specs! I highly recommend this company! They were very professional, knowledgeable and upfront about the entire process. The showed up on time. They were polite and communicated through the entire process. They cleaned up after themselves. They communicated to me what to expect post pier installation. The made sure i knew the holes would continue to settle over time and left enough dirt neatly piled up along side the house in close proximity of the holes for easy access to fill in as they settled. They advised me to call when the settling started and they would send someone out to fill in the holes each time. They came Highly recommended and exceeded my expectations. I purchased a home with a Lifetime Transferable Foundation Warranty by Integrity Foundation Repair in 2014. The terms on their website clearly state that a warranty will not be provided without a passing plumbing test after the foundation repairs. 7 years later I discovered that they did not receive a passing plumbing test (failed for sewage) but still chose to provide a warranty. Integrity Plumbing has since suggested that I would need $30k in plumbing repairs on my home. Integrity did not follow their own clearly published policies and, as a result, I was forced to make a major concession on the sale of my property to accommodate repairs. I have tried very hard to get a call back from both the Operations Manager and the owner but it has now been three weeks and I have not even received a phone call. Beware in dealing with a company that will not return your calls when things do not go as planned. Please note that the $30k plumbing repairs were quoted by Integrity Plumbing (sister company) and they also provide all testing to diagnose my plumbing problems. UPDATE: Was told that the owner would call me back but it has been 7 weeks and still have not received a single call. I have called 5 times and left messages with staff. So much for "integrity" being in the name. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The fact that their name in integrity is laughable. They installed a new french drain system with sump pumps. My home repeatedly flooded without any help or solution from the company. The owner came out to assess the damage. He agreed to give me my money back for their work (not all the damage they caused). I was happy to move on. When I reached out for a refund, I was informed that all correspondence would go through their attorney, and they were not going to refund me. First, the company doesn't follow through with the job. We have had to have Integrity come out time and time again to adjust their work; but only after several phone calls because they apparently keep forgetting. The most recent time, they are trying to claim they don't have a plumbing static test on file and are refusing to send anyone out. I submitted an email from the master plumber, with his license information, stating he completed the simple task back in 2018. They are trying to reject it even though they have been out twice already to adjust their terrible work. We had several companies evaluate our foundation and give us a quote on foundation repair, including Doug from Integrity. Each had different ideas on what needed to be done and the prices varied widely as well. Finally, we paid for a structural engineer to look at the foundation and give us an independent report. In the end, we went with Integrity because their quote matched pretty closely to what the engineer recommended and their price was good. Our timeline was tight, since we were leaving town, and they were able to fit us in on a Saturday, which we appreciated. The crew that came arrived on time, but could have been more communicative. But they got the job done with minimal mess and disruption. Doug came out again at my request to double check the elevations. Overall, we are satisfied with the job. read more

Jeff and Cole came by today and they were fantastic. Both very friendly with my daughter and my dogs (who are all typically a little apprehensive with strangers). They were also very honest with the fact that I don't need foundation repair at this time. Rather it was their opinion that I just needed a little retaining wall to control the erosion on my side yard. It was very refreshing to have someone with honesty evaluate my home. When we confronted them all we got was "sorry" and the general manager ended up hanging up on my husband. On top of that, we are trying to move out and the new buyer moves in next week. I usually don't review things but this company was so bad I feel compelled to for other people's sake. The crew working in my house cut the plumbing lines and left my house flooded. Leaving that aside the work they did was substandard, there is still a slope in the house. On top of that they charge nearly double what most company's would charge. Can't say enough great things about this company! After reading foundation company reviews for hours I was terrified to choose anyone. They all have awful reviews but things can go wrong when fixing a foundation so this is the nature of the business. Integrity was recommended by my realtor, had the lowest estimate and only one bad review so I chose them. I had a big job, 12 piers (7 outside, 5 inside), and after seeing guys remove my carpet, tear up concrete and dig up the earth in my bedrooms I was mentally preparing for a nightmare cleanup. I was given an appointment time between 7 and 8 am. I showed up at 7 and the crew was there waiting for me. They got right to work. The boss was Pepe, very polite and professional. They put up plastic on the walls and floors and I am telling you when they were done I never would have known they were there. They cleaned my floors throughout the house and even hosed off the sidewalks. I have a large flower bed out front and they even moved the mulch and weed mat and put it back when they were done. There is also a great deal of excess dirt left over and they took it to the back of my back yard and evened it out throughout the yard instead of just leaving a big pile. After going back and forth all day with a wheelbarrow through my hall and living room I expected at least a couple of scratches on the walls or doorway but I could not find one. These guys really care about your house and put everything back exactly as it was. When I e-mailed them for info after the job was done they always answered immediately. GREAT COMPANY! read more

This review is for Jay Woodson who came out to inspect our foundation. We had him come out after a tile company we hired said we had foundation issues and would not give us warranty for the work on the tile unless we got a good to go assessment from a foundation expert. Even after following through with the tile company's orders they did not want to honor their policy. Jay worked quickly to give us our report to present to the workers, offered to personally speak to the company as they are not foundation experts, and overall gave us an honest assessment of the state of our foundation. Jay was incredibly awesome! I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in a heart beat! When we buy our second home I will be calling him to check our home. DO NOT HIRE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY. This foundation company repaired the foundation of my home while I was under contract to buy it in 2018 and before I bought it. They provided a warranty for the work. A structural engineer opined immediately after the foundation work was done that the foundation was stable and no further leveling was necessary. Now, less than three years later, I am trying to sell this house. The buyer of my house hired Integrity Foundation to provide an assessment of the foundation. Integrity quoted the buyer more than $7,000 of work that they claim is necessary to stabilize the foundation. A structural engineer came the SAME DAY and said the foundation is still stable, not moving, and has not settled since Integrity did the initial work. The only explanation for that discrepancy is that Integrity is trying to sell the new buyer on work that is not necessary--despite the fact that Integrity has already worked on this house. As a result of their dishonest opinion that conflicts what two structural engineers have said, the buyer walked on the sale. Integrity killed the sale of my home to make a quick buck by providing an unsupported opinion that foundation work is structurally necessary when that is not the case and contrary to what two structural engineers have said. Don't trust them -- plain and simple -- they will lie to make a quick dollar. read more

They quoted us significantly less than another company for the same amount of piers to be put in. They came out to do a free estimate within a day or two and the actual work just a few days later. Due to heavy rain around that time of year, the dirt by one of the piers kept getting washed away and they promptly came out twice to refill the dirt. I would definitely hire them again! read more

Nick and Doug, two really great guys. Nick provided honest feedback and gave a really strong bid, I was impressed with his sales acumen and direct communication. Doug was punctual, communicative, and motivating for his crew, and really seemed to go out of his way to make sure the job was done right. This company did foundation repair on my house and when they lifted my house a pipe burst! This was a mine and my wife's very first home, I called them devastated and I explained the situation to them. Instead of helping me they were rude, told me to read my contract and said that plumbing repairs were not part of the contract. Before I could ask additional questions they hung up the phone on me. We had them come out about 9 months after we had work done because we just wanted everything checked out. They did a recheck with no hassle and didn't make us feel like a bother or waste of time, even though that service is free of charge.
