The former homeowner presented me with a transferable warranty from Solid Rock. I called to confirm they would honor it and was told of course, we will call you back. I never got a call back. I called again a few days later and was promised a return call that morning but never got a call. Several calls and detailed message and still haven't received a call back. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, explained French Drains 101 to me, showed me how they were working, and recommended some economical fixes. He also advised what to do (call Solid Rock!) if those fixes don't work or if I need foundation work. I trust Solid Rock and would use them again for any foundation or drain repair. If there was an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that option. They need to learn that customer service goes beyond a bid and performing the work. They dumped excess dirt along my brick wall which buried my sprinkler heads, I texted and asked if they made sure they did not bury them - was told they did not but when I went to start using the system - they infact did bury them. Additionally I have several sprinklers not working - right at the same area they dug up to perform the foundation repair - contacted Steven Armendarez the "Operations Mgr" and he said that he would look at the schedule to get someone out to repair the issues, and has not returned a call or voicemail I have left him over the past week. Ghosting someone to try and get out of fixing an issue that your company created is simply not the way to do business, gain new business through word of mouth or hope for a favorable review on social media. read more

Very pleased with the service provided by this company! Adrian returned emails very quickly, we were able to schedule the team to come out quickly and after about a week from our first email the job was done! My biggest concern was that some of the work we needed done had to happen on our neighbors side of the fence, Solid Rock made sure to leave my neighbors yard exactly how they found it. We purchased a home with a repaired foundation completed by Rock Solid Foundation Repair. The repair was done several years ago by the previous owners. The transferable lifetime warranty was easy to transfer and they even came out personally to confirm there had been no movement since the work was done. Who does that?! Unprofessional. Unethical. Where do I start? They did "the job", but also helped himself to a soda out of our fridge and left it almost empty on the window (didn't even throw it away), and also helped themselves to our car wash in our garage, took more than half the bottle, and left the cap off (who steals liquid car wash??). The first appointment, I waited and waited and no one showed up. Called them to find out where they were, and was told that they tried calling but didn't get an answer, so they went on with the next appointment. There wasn't a voicemail and no one contacted me. I told the receptionist that doesn't make sense if I have a scheduled appointment and I'm here waiting for you. Try leaving a voicemail or just show up since it's a scheduled appointment. Her reasoning was that it's their policy so that Chris doesn't drive out to a place and the person isn't there and he has to drive from Ft. Worth, etc... Okay. We finally get everything scheduled and they came to do the work. This company ripped out my carpet in order to make foundation repairs, and refused to put the carpet back together. This company had to go next door to remove an entire deck in order to repair the foundation, and after they completed the foundation work, they restored the deck next door. They put the deck back together, but refused to fix the carpet when I was the customer, and not the next door neighbor. When I tried to contact them, I first spoke to the receptionist and was told that she would call the contractor. After she did not call me back, I continued calling. Instead of calling me back, he texted and told me that it was a "national holiday" and he was not working (mind you, this was President's Day, even though the receptionist was working and answering the phones....he wasn't?). He also TEXTED me that it was in the contract that they were not responsible for any damaged caused to the carpet. He couldn't even return my call and speak directly to me initially. This is not right ethically. You cannot rip someone's carpet apart and refuse to take responsibility. What should have happened is he could have gotten us to move back the carpet ourselves so that they would not be responsible. Instead, they caused the damage and refused to make the necessary repairs. After I submitted complaints on social media, and BBB...he contacted me to remove them because it would cause business to slow. He said he would send out a carpet guy in return to fix it, even though I told him it couldn't be fixed. A guy finally was sent on April 9th, and of course he says it cannot be fixed because of the way it was ripped out and couldn't be placed back underneath. After asking him was there a way that it could have been pulled back and not damaged? He said, yes. He stated that the carpet could have been cut along the border and rolled back afterwards and would have needed nails underneath (and he showed me the nails on the other side of where they ripped up the carpet) and just put it back in place. Our initial plan was to see if the carpet guy could fix what they damaged, and then hire the carpet guy to clean our carpet so we can finally sell our home. I told him our plan and he said he would charge of $64.99 to clean it and would leave me his card as he tried to fix it. Since he couldn't fix it, we couldn't move forward. He called the receptionist while at our home and told her he couldn't fix it. We tried contacting the owner, and after some back and forth (and him trying to offer $65 for the replacement), he told us to get 3 quotes to replace the carpet and he'll take care of it. After trying to call him back, he and the receptionist have been ignoring phone calls since yesterday April 9th, and today April 10th. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!!!!!! Did I mentioned they went into our kitchen, into the fridge, open the drawer where we keep our 16.9oz bottled sodas, and TOOK one! read more

Foundation repairs stink but if you have to have them done Solid Rock is the way to go. The initial visit was to access the elevation changes. They sent Mason who spent 2.5 hours measuring every corner of our house, he took time to answer questions and got back to us with a quote quickly. This wasn't the experience we had with other companies we considered using. When the first day of work came we were pleasantly surprised when Reuben the foremen and his crew arrived on time and got right to work. Reuben communicated with us every step of the way. They took care to protect my floors and cleaned up as best they could everyday. We live in an old home with old cast iron sewer pipes and while tunneling we discovered a leak in a pipe. One thing led to another and we ended up having to replace a significant amount of sewer pipe. Chris the owner was awesome, they halted their work so the plumbers could take advantage of existing floor openings and tunnels to fix the pipe which really helped with the cost. The minute the plumbing was done they were back to finish up. I hope I never need foundation repair again but if I do I know just who we will call. read more
