At 7:15 AM they answered the phone and sent someone straight over to at least shut the system off until they could get back to do the repair later that day. A few hours later, after staying in constant contact with me on the phone, the same guys showed back up and fixed both my problem valves - for almost half the cost I has experienced previously with another company. I have a graduate degree in Construction Science and Minor in Architecture, so i'm not unfamiliar with foundations, and construction and issues with houses, but by no means an expert engineer nor a foundation expert. But I do have extensive experience with contractors, engineers, and home builders. I was thoroughly impressed with this company and their professionalism from the very start. They are clean cut, professional, and organized. They are responsive to customers needs, and thoughtful and knowledgeable to all questions that I had. They do a thorough job, and would highly recommend them for any service that they provide (especially foundation inspections). They put together a great plan for my house to install piers, and worked with me extensively on issues and questions throughout the process. 5 stars. It is now July 2025 and I have never received my report. I've emailed and texted. I've actually spoken to him twice and was assured my report was forthcoming. The last time I heard from him he said he was returning my fee, which he actually did. Still no report. I'm disappointed in Matt. I expected better. I don't know what's going on, but I'm assuming this company is in trouble. Sad.

He used a ziplevel to measure the building elevations and gave us with a verbal summary when he finished. Jeff was professionally dressed and spoke clearly without being too technical. He was referred to me by some other home inspectors and he did not disappoint. His pricing was lower than another company we had quote, buy Jeff was more personable and the quality of work seems identical. Afterward, he walk with us through the building to check five areas where we were concerned about potential foundation issues. Jeff told us that the foundation was in good shape and did not need repairs. He recommended moving forward with some planned masonry work. One of our church members, an architect, sat in and seemed satisfied with Jeff's assessment as well. I plan to refer Trinity to my own clients for foundation inspections.
