At 7:15 AM they answered the phone and sent someone straight over to at least shut the system off until they could get back to do the repair later that day. A few hours later, after staying in constant contact with me on the phone, the same guys showed back up and fixed both my problem valves - for almost half the cost I has experienced previously with another company. The last time I heard from him he said he was returning my fee, which he actually did. Still no report. I'm disappointed in Matt. I expected better. He was referred to me by some other home inspectors and he did not disappoint. Afterward, he walk with us through the building to check five areas where we were concerned about potential foundation issues. Jeff told us that the foundation was in good shape and did not need repairs. He recommended moving forward with some planned masonry work. One of our church members, an architect, sat in and seemed satisfied with Jeff's assessment as well. I plan to refer Trinity to my own clients for foundation inspections.
