It's because my experience I had with Ryan in regards to eliminating an a ENORMOUS mouse invasion we had in our house here in Rancho Palos Verdes. It all started very innocently with a Mouse that appeared in the house. This was very unusual because we always had had cats and never was concerned about rodents. However all our cats had all just passed away from old age. So this was something quite new. Within days one mouse turned into a dozen and then we were simply overrun with mice. We kept buying traps from Amazon. We simply could not keep up. Some nights we would get as many as 40. The question was how are they getting in to the house? We were desperate we could not leave the house for more than a day or the mice would just simply take over, so we called several national pest control companies. They all came with traps and searched for an opening where the mice could be entering however they never were able to find it. After several weeks and desperate, we decide to try a local pest control company and call Ryan Little's Company. When Ryan showed up at the door,I told him the problem that we were having and he said he would start by searching around the perimeter of the house. When he came to the last side of the house by the kitchen he looked up at where the eaves were joining. "They're coming in there". I looked up and couldn't see anything. He said, you can tell by the little black marks on the eve??? He gave me the name and number of his handyman and said he can fill the hole and if we have any more problems, then we can go from there. So I called the Handyman. I showed him the spot and he asked if I had a ladder which I did.He checked out the spot and said "yes, there was a hole about the size of a quarter and do I have any kind of foam he could use".I had a can foam in the garage he could. He squirted a few squirts to cover the hole, When he got down from the ladder.I asked him how much do I owed you.He said he didn't want to charge me anything because he was here only a few minutes . I gave him $50 and he reluctantly accepted. So after Handyman left, I said to my wife, that was interesting, but hard to believe that the problem was solved, so we just waited for the mice. We waited and waited.......... We have never had a mouse IN THE HOUSE SINCE THEN ....8/20/2022!!!!!!!!!!!! I think of all the time and money I spent with other rodent companies not to mention the fear and anxiety when you have a mouse attack of this magnitude. All I had to do was call Ryan little's Company.Thank you Ryan.

I contacted them that evening and Matt responded almost immediately and scheduled a date and time. The tech, a young man name Jeremiah, texted me an hour before arrival. Came to our home, I showed him where the issue was. He went in, destroyed the nest and took it out, and then treated with Deltadust, a formulation of deltamethrin. Finished the job in a half hour. Hope the issue is dealt with for good. BTW, the charge was very reasonable. Quiteimpressed with OMNI.

I was a repeat customer, for a problem that turns out they may not have eradicated the first time. I think these guys are good and do good work... IF they're able to solve it in that first visit. In two separate paid visits now, the "follow-up" appointments to check their work that THEY INITIATE get canceled. This last time, they rescheduled SIX TIMES, all last minute, after the time they were supposed to have shown up, or without any warning at all other than a "reschedule text" later. Do NOT pay your invoice after that first visit until you actually KNOW the problem has been solved, because the "free" follow-up appointments have been canceled last minute way too many times. And this was with written acknowledgement that the job had not been completed. I will share their "understanding" and empathetic "we're standing you up again" template here. Considering they started repeating excuses, I'm surprised they didn't accidentally send me the template itself: "Good morning, [customer]. We sincerely apologize for the [short notice, confusion, inconvenience]. Unfortunately, the technician assigned to your service has informed us that he is [sick, injured, forgot ladder, custom]. We appreciate your understanding, as this situation is beyond our control. Would you be available to reschedule your appointment on [Mon-Fri] (##/##) between ##:## and ##:## [am/pm]. Please let us know if this works for you, or kindly share your availability. Thank you for your patience and understanding." Honoring their appointments is NOT outside of their control. It's baffling a service provider would write this -- I will help translate: "We make one attempt at a job and then invoice you, stand you up multiple times for our advertised and self-initiated follow-up appointments, and then straightfaced gaslight you over text. Thank you for your understanding. We count on you being flexible, infinitely tolerant, reasonable and professional when workmanship issues arise, so that we don't have to be."

He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I scheduled a trapping program and for some improvements that needed to be done to my crawl space to mitigate against critter access. They do not stand by their work and actually tried to scam us with unneeded repair work We paid purcor to seal up our crawlspace back in 2022 for mice intrusion. We have used them continuously since and the work was warrantied for the life of the policy. Last year they did a free annual home inspection and the inspector said something about evidence of mice in the crawlspace again and he would send a report. The report was never sent despite me asking multiple times for it. Our tech kept coming out and putting traps in the crawlspace. Fast forward to this winter and we're hearing scratching in the crawlspace. The tech came out (who we actually like, no complaint there) and said we needed an inspector to view the space. As we kept trying to schedule that, they insisted it should just be part of the annual home inspection. I mentioned how we didn't even get the last report but fine. He comes out, says there is heavy rodent activity and they're burrowing under the foundation into the space. Rather than sending a home inspection report (again, didn't get one) we got an invoice for $9k+ in repairs and $3k+ to trench along part of the house to put in mesh. Because of the high amount money being asked, we had two different companies come out and review the crawlspace. They both said there was no evident of rodents coming under the house because there was a poorly patched vent they could walk right in from. The company that renovated the space even put that into a letter for us to present to Purcor. We also found out talking to the tech that the inspector told him he tried to repair the same vent while he was under the house so he clearly knew how the rats were getting in. We don't like leaving reviews like that. We emailed our client rep, explained the situation including copies of the invoices for the work Purcor did, the letter from the company explaining their finding and gave Purcor the chance to make this right. We were told our issue was escalated to management and they would reach out. No reply. I emailed three weeks later, asking again if they wanted to make this right to avoid cancelling service and negative reviews. We gave them another week. Still no reply. So we emailed to say we were canceling service and here we are. Do yourself a big favor and pick another company. They do not standby their work. They will not make things right if they mess up. They will try to scam you by pushing unneeded work.

While inspecting the rodent issue, they also discovered mold in our attic. Alex provided many photos to show us the issue clearly. Alex was very careful to explain the entire process at the start of it so that there were no surprises during the process. They ended up removing all the old, contaminated insulation, thoroughly sanitized the attic, replaced with new insulation and wire mesh around the entire perimeter where any openings might exist. They effectively excluded all rod ents or pests from the attic. Alex came back for a follow up inspection and verified the attic is now vacant. Quality Workmanship: Even our electrician, who went up after they finished to check to see if the rats had damaged any wiring, commented on how clean the attic was and what a great job they had done. Cleanliness: I was worried about dust and debris coming from the attic down into the living areas of the house, but they created a plastic barrier Between where they were working and the living areas that left our home spotless when they were done. The crew was courteous and focused throughout the entire process. The price was very reasonable and fair. If you need attic services or pest remediation, my wife and I highly recommend them!

I trusted their proposal -- and I regret it. After the job (9/27/2025), I measured insulation depth in multiple locations and found ~8 to 14.5 inches in many areas, uneven coverage, and no depth markers. I shared photos/measurements and asked them to bring the attic up to the promised R-49. Instead, they said the attic was larger than estimated and would only add insulation if I paid ~$1,472 + tax. I obtained a third-party correction bid for $2,917.20 to air-seal and bring the attic to R-49 with depth markers, indicating additional work is needed. Because they would not correct the insulation without extra payment, I withheld final payment while trying to resolve the issue in writing. After that, the situation escalated into a small-claims filing and a mechanic's lien (which I dispute). Regardless of how anyone views the dispute, the result was this: a homeowner raised a documented workmanship concern, asked for correction to what was promised, and ended up dealing with court + a lien. Bottom line: I do not consider this a reliable company and would not hire them again. If you're considering Attic Crawl, protect yourself.

We hired them for a wasp nest removal that was supposed to be a professional, thorough job, but the experience was anything but. - Unfulfilled Promises: When booking, I was explicitly told the service would include treating the area (preventative spray). However, the technician simply knocked the nest down and left. When I followed up, the company claimed treatment wasn't "necessary," completely ignoring what was promised during the quote. - Refusal to Resolve: I reached out to management to request a price adjustment since the service was incomplete, or at the very least, to have someone come back to properly treat the area and inspect the vents located right next to the nest. Both requests were flatly denied. - Unjustified "Height Fee": I paid extra for the height, yet the technician didn't actually reach the area to clean or inspect it properly. If I just wanted the nest physically dislodged without treatment or cleaning, I could have done it myself for free. - Lack of Professionalism: The debris was left in my personal household trash bin instead of being hauled away. It makes me wonder if they have the same unhygienic practice of dumping dead rodents or other pests into customers' private bins when handling those types of calls. I paid a premium for expertise and a specific scope of work that was not delivered. The fact that they refused to make it right or even honor their own verbal agreement is highly unprofessional. I still hope to see this matter resolved properly, either through the promised treatment and inspection or a fair refund for the unfulfilled portion of the service.
