The outdoor faucet in the backyard had been leaking for sometime, but I was kind of afraid to call a plumber thinking it would cost a million bucks to have them come out and do the deed. So I started calling around, and stumbled across Integrity Plumbing on Yelp. And I'm glad I did! Solomon is the nicest guy you'd ever want to meet, and is really about showing you what's wrong and then fixing it. He had to cut the old faucet out and solder in a new one. He went way above and beyond my expectations and I got out of there for under $100. Now that's a deal. I'm having him come out to replace my bad pressure regulator and sprinkler system next month. We called Integrity Plumbing, Aug 2011 Solomon came right out. He was polite, and showed up on time.Our house was built in the 1960's and still had original sink and fixtures. He gave several estimates to fix the bathroom pipes under the sink. We also had a leak in the kitchen sink pipes He gave several estimates: One was just for replacing bathroom sink pipes..." I'm going to try to save you some money, and NOT take the sink out.Here's the estimate if you want the sink replaced." His estimate was quite a bit less than the BIG plumbing company that came out & took a look. We ended up needing to replace valves, pipes, and the sink, and fixtures... The OLD sink basically fell apart! Sol came back the next day at 8:30 a.m. sharp, and worked straight thru til the job was done a few hours later. He and the helper cleaned up after themselves, and did a wonderful job. They fixed both the bathroom sink and leak under kitchen sink. At each step he explained what they were going to do and WHY it needed to be done. My husband and I are very pleased with his work, and attention to detail. Had a great experience! Solomon communicated pricing and time range very clearly in our phone call before he even came out. I truly appreciate this because it lets me know what's gonna be happening next. He came out to fix the part that was broken and it turned out being a much simpler job so he charged me much less and didn't try to sell me the previous job they cost more money. This is my second time using Solomon's services. The first time was at 10:45PM on a Saturday night. He helped guide me over the phone to alleviate a backed up toilet and came to the home I was staying at first thing the following morning. Great Service! I used Integrity Plumbing today when our water heater gave out on us and left puddles of water in our garage. I phoned Integrity and spoke with Solomon, who quickly scheduled a home visit. The in home visit was absolutely free which is always good have. I had a bad leak in my sprinkler system which needed to be fixed right away because there was no way of shutting the water. Solomon came pretty quickly and got the leak fixed. However, he charged $475 for a 1.5 hour job which I felt was a rip off. Maybe when he quoted me he thought the job would be harder, but he charged me that much anyways. I had no choice as I needed the leak fixed right away, but will most likely not be calling him again. read more

I had a pin hole leak in one of my 1/2" copper pipes. I called around and got a reasonable quote to repair the pipe. They showed up around the estimated time. They looked at the pipes and suggested that I replace two pipes because there was considerable corrosion on them. The cost was slightly more than two basic repairs and It was only a matter of time before another leak would occur. So, I had them replace both pipes. So I was visiting my father's ;house in Walnut and when I stepped into the garage, Holy Crap as not only was the weather crazy hot in the 100's,, but his water heater had busted and a waterfall of water was flooding and flowing out into the street! On the phone he explained that he would dig up the leak, diagnose the problem specifically, and then apply his $65 fee to examine the problem to the final bill for repairs. However, after he arrived he said it would be "a lot of work" to investigate and dig up the leak and suggested I do it myself to save money. He said it looked like it "could be a $900 to $1200 job." Then he charged me the $65 fee and left without even diagnosing the specific problem. The next repair man who arrived gave me a free estimate, said the job was easy and fixed it for $170. I really feel he took advantage of us by charging us for driving by and having a five minute conversation with us. This is my first negative review ever, but I truly believe it was earned. read more

I am so grateful I found Solomon, Sr. and his son, Solomon, Jr. with Integrity Plumbing a few years ago. They are so nice and accomodating and are always able to get to us promptly. Their prices for repairs are very reasonable and they sometimes are able to offer flexible payment options. Over time, they have helped us with several plumbing emergencies and have done some routine repairs and preventative maintenance as well. They (quickly!) replaced a leaking gas line last year which was an all-day job and required them to dig a few feet into the ground across our backyard, all for an unbeatable and reasonable price. Great service and very professional. This is the second time I have called Integrity Plumbing to help me. Our water heater broke and it needs to be replaced. I called Solomon and he gave me advice on what I needed to check to make sure that it is indeed time to replace our heater. He asked me to text some photos of it so he can assess the damage. When he recommended it needed to be replaced, he gave me a really good price that is comparable to Lowe's and Home Depot but better service. He even gave me a discount from his original quote.
