I had a clogged kitchen sink on a Saturday morning. I put out a request on yelp and Hi Speed called me within minutes. The plumber, Bobby arrived late in the afternoon and got to work. I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. These guys were great at re-routing my gas line when I needed room for my new stove. My gas line went into the area that was meant for my oven. So when I replaced my oven, my new oven was deeper and would hit the gas line. I needed someone to change the route of my gas line so that my oven use the full space. Called and got a visit the next day and gave me an estimate on how much the work would be. I accepted and they came the following day to do the work. Service was very friendly and thorough. We had our storm drain pipes cleaned recently and the technician John and Marco were fantastic. However, we were billed 2x more than what our original quote was. Starting with 1 to 2 inspections that received a $1,300 quote, it jumped to $2,700. We were also charged for recommendation to fix our storm drain that required digging and banding pipes, both which I did see any work was done. I called them back multiple times to get more information because I trust in their honesty but no one got back to me from 3 departments, service, billing, and customer service. I would say they do a good job but once you are off their radar it is a nightmare to hear back from them. I will update this review if I ever hear back from them with justification for this outrageous bill but until then, don't let the high reviews fool you. Unless you are fine with paying 2x more than you were quoted for, I would search for a more honest service provider. read more

Excellent company. They were very thorough, professional, honest, and efficient. I run a retirement home and we had a main line pipe leak. Lost water to half the facility due to the leak. Chris and his team did a great assessment of the situation and gave the fairest price out of 5 companies I called. Other companies kept giving me the "oh man this is gonna be a tough one" speech, but Chris and his team said they could do it with no problem. They showed up the next day and took about 4-5 hrs to do the job. They took what was a difficult job for other companies and made it look easy. I'm keeping these guys in mind for future projects. I'll start by saying the review was adjusted based on their pricing model. The assigned technician, Clemente, was BEYOND amazing! Two plumbers checked my toilet, but they refused to unmount it to see if a leak was related to a flange or damaged wax ring. The toilet was a smart toilet with a few extra pipes, but otherwise, it was standard. Clemente was brave enough to tinker with the toilet and unmount it from the flange. His first observation was that the flange was a bit high and should be flush or lower than the floor. The higher flange prevented the toilet from having a tight seal around the wax ring, and the toilet being loose certainly did not help. He went above and beyond to crawl through the raised foundation to see if he could lower the flange. However, the piping prevented Clemente from lowering the flange, so a pipe adjustment had to be made. This is where the 3-star review comes into play. Their cost to install a toilet is pretty standard (compared with three other companies). As a non-plumber, take this statement with a grain of salt--I was quoted $2,300 to re-pipe about 1 - 2 feet of a sewer pipe, so they have some wiggle room to lower the flange. I will gladly change my review and profession if this is the industry average, but I have a pretty good hunch that this is high-way robbery. They confirmed it when they quoted me $250 to replace a leaking hose bib. Once again, I am not a plumber, but this seems a bit of a stretch for a 10-dollar part and 10-minute labor. I completely understand that they have overhead costs, insurance, etc., but some profit is better than no business. Recommendation: Get your quote up front and be cautious with any recommendation. I'm not saying their recommendations are WRONG; they are just overly inflated financially. Also, I found another plumber who was willing to do the same work for 1/5 of the quoted price. read more

He came out for the initial service call and assessed the issue, gave me a couple different options on solutions and then scheduled a follow up to come and actually do the work. He had to return, because the problem was more complicated than we initially thought. He showed up on time, and was very careful with the work he did. There were a couple hiccups that were unforeseen, but he took it in stride and really completed the job, beginning to end, professionally and effectively. A month ago I removed two water filters from our showers. This is a big deal for me as I am newly single at 61. Well I have been trying to tighten the different connections ever since. I will never use this company again. Had a small leak coming from the shower head pipe. Plumber said he needed to cut into the wall to see what was behind it. He said it would cost over $200 but he won't be able to patch the hole. I said go ahead because we needed it fixed. He made the hole and he discovered the shower head pipe just needed tape around it. He put tape and was done. He didn't have to make the hole to get to the pipe. He should have checked that first before making a hole. Now I'm out $225 and have a hole to patch. I think they just did that because they wanted to justify charging so much. These plumbers are crooks! I just wanted a professional to do it and make sure there wasn't a bigger problem. I finally found it! After selecting High Speed, Plumbing I received a pumped phone call from a pleasant representative. He listened. My toilet was clogged. I also do an annual service for our sewer line. Christian showed up less than 30 minutes later. He unclogged my toilet in less than 15 minutes with this fantastic tool I've never seen before. I asked him to run my sewer line, just as general maintenance. There was no push about extra services or upsell something I did not need. We had a clogged kitchen drain and needed a hydro jet clean out. After calling around for some quotes, we landed on High Speed Plumbing (Ron), who made us an offer we couldn't refuse. As it turns out, our kitchen sink didn't have a clean-out line with outside access, so unless we installed one first, running a hydro jet (indoors) was going to be really messy. Ron offered to install the clean-out line and throw in the hydro jetting for free once it was done! The total cost of installing the clean-out line AND hydro jet service combined was close to the quotes I got from other companies for JUST the hydro jet service! Great deal! Aside from the great deal, Ron was very pleasant, punctual, and fast working. He was very knowledgeable and great at communicating any problems he encountered, explaining his recommended approach, and offering other potential solutions we could choose. All round solid professional that I would be happy to work with again. Oh yea...while Ron was in our basement, he also noticed one of our pipes wasn't properly strapped, and fixed it for us free-of-charge. I had a sudden mainline blockage and of course it's during the holidays and my children were all visiting. I called and they had Christian respond within two hours. While I have an easily accessible clean out in my front yard, it's a two way "Tee" clean out and it had standing water, making it challenging to know if the snake was fed in the correct direction. I had a sewer line backup that clogged all toilets in my house. I called the team to come. Jimmy Patino came and advised that he needed to access the roof to unclog it and also hydrojet for $500. I agreed, but he didn't have the equipment and needed to make another trip back to the office. After another 1.5 hours of waiting, he came back with his boss (forgot the name). They walked around the house and decided to try just snaking through my cleanouts. I have two cleanouts, so eventually they managed to unclog through one of them. I was pleased and thought that would save me money, considering most advertised plumbing costs for cleanouts are usually less than $100. However, they still charged me $300! read more

I called yesterday and set appointment for this morning for a Minor plumbing issue in my condo mind you, I took the morning off to accomplish this matter. I was given a time frame of arrival of 7am to 9am. I get up extra early this morning and drive from my home in Rancho Cucamonga to my condo in Phillips Ranch. I arrived at condo by 645 am. I sit in my car and wait patiently until 9am , I suddenly receive a text that informs me that my service technician ( plumber ) is in route to me, and I feel relieved that it's going to be a good day. 30 minutes go by and this person has not yet arrived as informed. By now it's almost 10 am . So I call the plumbing company and the person that answer says , oh I was going call you to let you know that the technician that was assigned to your job called off today. This is after the previous technician did not complete the sink faucet fix/replacement the day before. I would not recommend this service given that I had called multiple times and they would not provide a phone number. Incredibly disappointed and not worth the rate that was given. Highly not recommended. May update my review depending if they actually finish the job. read more

This company was very responsive and communicated well throughout. The installer Chris was very professional and answered my questions and offered options on my 6 year old, just out of warranty water heater. I had been doing business with another company for two years and they suggested that the only option was buy new for $3200. Chris suggested we keep my unit and maximize a few things to give it a couple more years. I asked him for a price for new just to compare and it was $2500.
