Blaine is amazing. He will answer your questions and is very knowledgeable and honest. I had All City Plumbing come out and Blaine noticed that it was not installed correctly and there was stuff in there that should not have been there. Horrible customer service!!! I let him know the problem I was having asked if they were familiar with the problem and could fix it. The man on the phone went on a huge rant "We aren't coming out for free, you will have to pay were not wasting gas or doing anything without payment". He never answered my question, I never said anything after my initial question, I never mentioned money or asked for anything free so I found this to be very rude. I would not recommend because if this is the pre-call to a service I could only imagine how they act when they show up...smh It's sad that soo many businesses are ran by unprofessional people. read more

Called to get pricing and (terry?) answered, I explained what happened at home and then asked what pricing is to get a tech over to our home and the First question she asked is.. do you own or rent? I told her we rent and she immediately said Call your landlord, I told her.. he's not a plumber (duh) and she said that they need his permission. She hadn't even gave me pricing or anything at all and was already dismissing me, like jeez I'm trying to get my toilet unclogged not solar panels on the roof. Terrible customer service. We went thru instant plumbing out of highland and they had no problem coming over and clearing the clog without my landlords approval. read more

I called Osburn Plumbing out to my home to get a quote to replace a main water line from the meter to the house. Called 2 other plumbers and received a quote the same day. Waited for Osburn to send a quote. Finally called them and I was told we decided not to quote because we're too busy. They should have not even waisted my time coming out to quote. Hooray for Osburn Plumbing. An outside spigot lead that was making me crazy, and wasting a lot of water, was fixed in about 20 minutes. I would recommend Osburn for the following reasons: 1. Gave me an accurate idea of what I would be looking at for cost over the phone. 2. Showed up on time, before business hours because it worked out for both of us. 3. Made what I thought was potentially a complex and expensive and costly repair into a quick, simple and relatively inexpensive repair. 4. Explained what he was doing all along the way. This DIY wanna-be plumber (who won't buy the Pex tools) appreciated understanding what was going on and why! 5. Made recommendations on things he knew I could fix as the best solution. So this was a small job and he wasn't re-plumbing my home or digging up sewer lines (HIP HOORAY!) but he did a good job and deserves the recognition. Thanks, Osburn Plumbing! Osborn plumbing have been servicing my grandmothers home for the last 10 years now and we have not had any issues with this company. Terry has great customer service and is very diligent. The plumber is very respectful, hard working, and amazingly honest. Usually other plumbers just try to rip you off and come up with these outlandish prices while Osburn plumbing is very reasonable and they perform quality work. This is not a review as more of an editorial of this company. I called them yesterday morning after discovering my lawn completely flooded. I traced the leak to what I originally believed to be a broken underground pipe on the hillside. There was also a big mound from what believe to be a gopher hole next to the running water. I of course thought the worse as this was the morning of my brothers viewing and prayer services. He had passed away a couple weeks prior and I had to be at the chapel in three hours. Panicked gripped me while I scampered to find a plumber on a Sunday morning. I came across Osborn who were open and talked to Terri who was extremely understanding and reassured me that these things happen at the worse times but they are there to help. She got a hold of the plumber and told to turn off the main valve on the street but the water kept draining. The plumber got there within a half hour and investigated. As it turned out it my neighbors lawn that was flooded and was running off to my lawn through a gopher hole no less. It was relief and thanked him for swift arrival. This could have been my worst day and I could have missed my brothers viewing prior to his funeral today but thanks to these wonderful people I was there. Thank you all and God bless. Speak with Terry, she is a delight to work with. Knowledgeable, honest and had a genuine desire to help after hearing about our plumbing problem. Very professional and friendly family owned company. Experience pays off people and they definitely have years of it. We had a big water leak under our house. The first plumber that came out wanted to tear up the concrete patio for 200 bucks and "Go from there." Osburn came out on a Thursday even though they were scheduled to do a leak detection on Friday and were able to find the problem the first plumber missed and fixed the problem that day before I even got home from work. Did an amazing job, new hose bibb pressure valve and shutoff valve. Extremely pleased and relieved it wasn't a bigger problem. Also made recommendations for future potential problems. I have yet to find a good mechanic but I'm glad I've found a plumber I'll be using forever! read more

Called them freaking out because a bigger company wanted to charge me a ton for a main drain cleanout valve to be installed in my front yard (house didn't have one obv). Great, Honest service! Called on a weekend (as usual) to unclog a drain line backing up at one of my apartments in San Bernardino. They were out within an hour and cleared the line and gave a thorough explanation of the problem and future problems. I have been an apartment owner for over 30 years and have owned over 2,000 units and recently purchased this apartment complex in San Bernardino and did not know any plumbers in this area.
