Our sprinkler system was flooding and they responded within 24hours. Great work and easy to talk to. Let us know the cost out the door.

Efficient. I have to…read moresay I am very impressed with United Power. This electric only (boo - I wish they did gas too so I could escape Xcel) utility is our utility provider in Northern Commerce City (if you live North of 96th they'll be yours also, south is still Xcel). I have called in several burned out streetlight requests and they have always been addressed within 1-2 days of submission. When a location needs clarification the staff has always been pleasant to deal with. The electric service has been reliable too! (That probably should have came first!). We have some high winds out east here (40-60 MPH) and our lights have never blinked once. Compare that to X-hell where a measly 40 MPH wind out of the mountains caused a lot of blinking in a new area of Broomfield. Overall, hats off to United Power for a job well done! A solid 5 star performance though I wish their outage maps would get a bit more user friendly. Still not enough to knock a star off. And no, I DON'T work for the company.

Haven't even experienced the actual services to my home yet but setting up has been a nightmare…read more I've been consistently calling for over a week, playing telephone between United and my place of residence. I've had 2 customer service encounters whom were lovely, one other customer service representative who was miserable and clearly hated her job. Working in customer service myself I'm aware that this is not an issue with the representatives who take my calls but the company as a whole sucks. I would opt out of using United if at all possible. Also recently found out that United Power is severely understaffed-supporting my assumptions to the company being miserable to work at. Only good side is I am now thinking into my future homes and will be doing extensive research on them so as to avoid using United Power ever again.

My realtor recommended Colorado Inspect to perform the home inspection on the house I purchased…read more Unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. After moving into the home, I began discovering multiple significant issues that were never mentioned in the inspection report. These were not minor concerns -- they were expensive repairs that I am now paying for out of pocket. The purpose of hiring a professional inspection company is to identify these types of problems before closing, and that did not happen. When I brought these issues forward, even my realtor was embarrassed by the level of service provided. In fact, she ended up paying for part of the mistake because of what was missed. That alone says a lot about how serious the situation was. I also requested a refund directly from Colorado Inspect and never received a response. The lack of communication and accountability has been extremely frustrating. Because of the incomplete inspection, I am now facing substantial repair costs that could have been negotiated or addressed prior to purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Colorado Inspect.

This comes over a year later, after purchasing our first home, and our inspector was Jovan Amaya…read more For starters, he came late and kind of had a nonchalant attitude. He only spent "maybe" an hour and a half "inspecting." I knew nothing about real estate inspections at the time and I'm now in the real estate industry myself, and I can say from the other inspectors I have encountered Jovan was completely unprofessional, but not only that, he didn't find so many important things, and didn't even turn on the dishwasher or any of the appliances to actually test them, because when we moved in the first thing we did was use the dishwasher and it flooded all over the floor because there was a blockage. It ruined part of the wood floor. Also, he didn't even catch the fact that the kitchen countertops that the previous owner had DIY'd were not even attached to the wall like supposed to be. He didn't even think to ask about how and what condition our furnace and water heater were in and our EIGHTEEN YEAR OLD furnace went out this last winter 4 months after closing on the property! The gas fireplace didn't work and he never said anything about it. TERRIBLE UNCARING "inspector" that is clearly in it for the money and does not care about people whatsoever. We also paid him the largest amount to have the best inspection possible of $650 out of pocket. Very disappointing and disgusting to say the least. I hope no one else uses this awful company and I'm very disappointed with Pasiano Realty for recommending them! Just AWFUL!
