Looked on Yelp for recommendations and found Armando's company. We called him up and he came over the next day. He walked us through his offering. Everything is sourced locally! He explained everything he could do. No hard sales pitch! We purchased his full system, including a reverse osmosis system for about half of the quote we received from the national chain. He worked for three days, including Sunday, to finish the project! The result is amazing. Superb craftsmanship! I had bought the filters and softeners on line from another source. The plumbers came and worked as expeditiously as they could, George was the actual plumber that installed my units, very friendly and professional guy. They also responded very quickly to a very, very small drip that developed and within a day they had sent another plumber to take care of it. I got several calls from Water Tec and it seemed that they had put in motion everyone in their shop to cure the problem. Did not get my invoice for a while, I was told they only send invoice once a month, which baffled me a bit, buy hey, it's their money and system. I also requested an itemized bill (since it was time and materials) and that took a while to get. But once I left a message to Leigh, it was promptly taken care of. Anyway, the billing situation will soon be forgotten, but the good workmanship and the understating of my unusual situation will remain for a long time. Will recommend this company to anyone that asks.

After the company was sold, customer service has declined to the point where I am discontinuing my business with the company. Customer service personnel are rude, have no skills, and are actually insulting when I ask for service. Today an employee told me to take my business elsewhere. They apparently do not have the staff, or the skills necessary to run the business. Beware of this company, it is now owned by a large corporation. Their purpose is to make money. They hire incompetent, low skilled employees.
