I lost internet and therefore the streaming TV as well. I used my phone to find a repair company that advertised 24/7. I called Pride, talked to a pleasant woman who said a technician will come out on Saturday! Yay. No extra trip charge for Saturday. Double Yay. I got a call on Saturday morning at 8:30 and was asked if the tech could come out now. Triple Yay. Matt arrived about an hour later, diagnosed the issue (bad breaker), replaced the breaker. I had a couple of switches that were acting up as well. He had the switches in the truck and he replaced them as well. Matt was very professional, pleasant to talk to and knew his stuff. $251 later, we were back in business. I was afraid it was going to cost a lot of money. I was so happy that it was repaired quickly. Pride does electrical, plumbing, HVAC. If you need any of those services, I highly recommend Pride. Matt seemed to be okay working on a Saturday and I am grateful for his pleasant attitude. Pride, you have a great electrician on your staff! Thanks for responding so quickly.

I had my gas line in the kitchen cut down and lowered to accommodate a new gas stove. The original line was 12" tall and slide in ranges do not have an area in the back of the stove to accept a pipe that tall. The stove could not be moved back against the wall. They also fixed my noisy toilet. They were respectful of my home and wore shoe coverings and cleaned up the area when they were done. The price was reasonable and they were able to schedule the job right away. He and the company are my heroes for fixing my gas line quickly. "Acclaimed" are now my plumbers for any future projects and I will recommend them to friends and family.

He used them for my sister-in-laws AC issues and they did a great job. Recently, our AC unit of 20 years plus started to die. We decided to reach out and book a service through them, and we were really pleased by their fantastic communication. Additionally, they were super professional, thorough, and provided all the information, steps of installation, and worked within our budget. I was especially impressed by the fact they used shoe covers when coming into our house. Installation day we left the house and entrusted them to install everything. It was a three person team and they managed to complete the job in four hours! They even cleaned up after themselves. Used broken debris to fill the wall. House covered in concrete dust. Refused to properly repair broken pipe at cost originally quoted. Harassed us for two months. Put a lien on my home.
