This is a very professional company. They came and gave a reasonable estimate for replacing our garbage disposal, then came back and did the work. The technician, Gilbert, was very courteous, answered all our questions, and gave us good tips for how to keep things working well in the future. I am trying not to get too excited as we have used so many different plumbing companies here and none have been good. But my husband discovered Professional Plumbing and they helped us with hydro jetting at one of our businesses. Then, out of the nowhere in the middle of some other horrific project in the back yard re: drainage after a monsoon flood...we discovered our main water pipe was ready to burst. This pipe is located what seems to be a mile from this house in the middle of the desert. The team who came to help us with that project were amazing. They were professional, punctual, and worked diligently out in that crazy extreme heat. It was a three day project and they were on it and got it done to avoid further damage. As a restaurant manager here in Tucson, I only call professional. I couldn't ask for a more reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff.

I had used them in the past and had good service. Had them out to Oro Valley and stated I probably needed a pressure regulator since pipes were rattling in the walls. Made an appointment and they assured me the guy thay had in the area would be there soon. An hour later, they sent a guy up from Tucson for the job and added another $180 to the job because it counts as an additional service call. The guys came and needed to go back to town to get the pressure regulator so added that to the time. Well, I couldn't leave my tenant without water after they took everything apart and it was Friday, so bringing another company in was not an option. So, $950 for replacing the pressure regulator was what it cost. Won't ever use them again... use them at your own risk. read more

Had a guy out from Professional Plumbing Sewer & Drain, wife thought he looked like Channing Tatum, James I think. Excellent response and service. Our drain line from our washing machine was clogged. James went up on the roof, thinking he would get a better clean-out from the pipe on the roof. While he was there he replaced our shut-off valves for the washing machine. Prices seemed fairly low compared to another company we had out several times to clean the same drain, but it continued to be a problem. Professional Plumbing Sewer & Drain got it cleared and it hasn't been an issue since. I would highly recommend this plumber. read more

This company charges $110 hr and they are no bargain. I had them install a toilet (which I supplied). The parts required were a a $10 wax ring, they charged me $200 labor. I think they know what they are doing but i don't think if this is a fair price and i told them so. Their website offered a discount but the the tech said he adjusted the labor which I don't believe. They also would not take credit cards, cash or check only. I believe they charge based on when they leave their shop, travel time is all included, so the simplest job can take 2 hrs. It just seems like a lot of money to swap out a toilet, which the plumber didn't even supply. read more

I have had Professional Plumbing do all my updates for a home remodel. They replaced pipes, a hot water heater, and a toilet. They also fixed leaky faucets and installed new ones, both in the kitchen and bathrooms. Additionally, Professional Plumbing installed the water line to a new refrigerator, and installed the dishwasher. At all times, the staff members were polite, neat, and reasonably priced. I did compare other companies and their estimates, and Professional Plumbing was by far the most honest and upfront. They did not charge a penny more than originally quoted. In my years in Tucson using other plumbers, this was not usually the case. I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing for all plumbing needs. read more

This company has come multiple times for a variety of issues. I read the response from someone in Flagstaff, but as far as I know, they are local Tucson only so I think he was thinking of a different company, maybe same name. They have installed a hot water heater, frig and dishwasher, sink and garbage disposal, faucets throughout the house (a remodel), and we will call them every time we have a problem. The staff is honest and professional, and I have always priced out the work with other companies or friends who have had similar work done and found it to be fair and reasonable. I like that it is a Tucson locally owned business. I would highly recommend Professional Plumbing. read more
