Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the party setup. When I arrived to decorate, I was informed that our party would be held downstairs in what appeared to be a makeshift corner area. This space is normally used for two tables and chairs where parents sit to watch their children during gymnastics classes. I was never informed ahead of time that the party space would be located there. The area also had a low ledge/bar that the kids repeatedly hit their heads on because it is designed for seating, not for hosting a children's party. It felt cramped and unsafe for a group of excited kids. I found it very unprofessional that this was not communicated to me in advance. Had I known the party would be set up this way, I likely would have reconsidered booking. I hope the management improves communication with families in the future so others don't experience the same surprise and disappointment.

The 2 girls that worked the party were great and helpful with all the girls in attendance. Gloria was absolutely fantastic with the girls. When my daughter got home, not only was she extremely happy and talking non stop about the party, but she loved how Gloria made her feel extra special in everything that they did. The girls running the party had a plan from the start and it flowed perfectly. My wife and I could not have been happier with it all. This was a welcome breath of fresh air for us after having another local gymnastics place in Bridgewater cancel our party 2 weeks ago that had been booked for 7 weeks at the time and left us in a panic. We didn't know at the time what we would do for the party but feel fortunate to have found and booked Paramount for the party. Big, clean, fun and accommodating facility. I think the staff here is a clear reflection of leadership and direction of the owners and managers and you should be proud. They care about the customers, they care about their business. A+ in my book.

The trainers really take the time to come round to everyone and make sure they're doing the moves right. I purchased their 6 class introductory special and I've taken 2 yoga classes and a TRX 101 class so far. I'm looking forward to taking my other three classes and I'll probably buy their summer package afterward. I really appreciate how the trainers take time to talk to you afterward if you have any questions, they're not just looking to teach their class and get out like I've seen at most big gyms. The TRX classes can't be bigger than 8 people and the yoga classes can't be bigger than 12. Like I said, it's really personal and you get the attention you need if you're having problems with a move. You really get your money's worth.

I have not been at this location since one visit on 9/24/2021. While I was there tonight it was…read morevery busy. However I was able to do my planned cardio plus get to bench press and do squats. I ended my routine tonight with some time on a rowing machine. This location seemed cleaner that the Planet Fitness I frequent most often. The staff was busy but I got a greeting on the way in and an adios on the way out. If I lived closer I would not mind coming here more often. I would have given 5 stars but the shower pressure was not great. Also after a few minutes the hot water went warm for a couple of minutes before getting hot again.

So honestly...place just keeps on getting worse…read more I'm still expected to wipe down machines, but as paper towel dispensers break they're just being removed...and paper towels left, on a roll, on top of a garbage can. So no easy way to cut/rip, while trying to balance the spray bottle and whatever else I'm carrying around with me. Nice touch not painting the area behind them either so there's just big white spots with anchors sticking out of them. Really contributes to making this gym feel like the cheap gym it is. Other PFs are getting new equipment: free weights, hacksquats etc (and putting it in the literally never used for it's purpose 30 minute room)...and we can't even get functional paper towel dispensers? Add to that the sheer and utter "dont give a crap" attitude of the folks who work there - today there was a dude, literally, working out shirtless. Leaving his sweat on every machine and not wiping anything down. I asked the staff to please at least get him to wipe shit down - naw, he's a regular, he can do that. Might as well take down the damn dress code sign and leave the nails it's attached with exposed, you know, in keeping with your chosen motif. I'm going to be departing very shortly for a gym that actually seems to care about what it's doing and isn't just rolling with whatever comes down the pike. At this point even the stinky retro around the corner appears to be a better option.
