The worst 'brand new' mattress ever. Called to complain after weeks of sleepless nights and had to take 10 photos of it and submit it to manufacturer to approve. It finally was, and when I went into The Brick in Kelowna to pick out a new mattress, was informed by sale person that the original one I bought is meant for a child, I'm in my sixties?! Its now been over 3 weeks and still no new mattress:( delivery has been delayed/postponed 3 times now and I'm fed up, as have stripped my bed three times expecting the delivery of new mattress and pick up of original one...the Brick has my money and I have nothing Worst customer service EVER!!

They do not listen to what you're actually looking for and make it exhausting to shop there. There will be one or two decent deals for most things, but a lot of their stuff is priced pretty high. Not a bad thing, but they don't offer anything any different/better to any other store, so I don't see much value in what this store sells. If you want to spend a lot, why not go to a store that had better style? The main problem at this store is their company culture. Not much you can do about that. With so much competition in this business, there's no advantage offered by this company.

Seriously just road blocks. The job was delayed and interfered with our travel plans. They finally came and the chief installer said he had a physio appointment and couldn't do the job. Due to an injury. Shouldn't Jordan send a replacement? We are all sleeping on couches now as we have completely uprooted our home for this. We demand someone come to do the work and they send a single old guy . He laughs when he sees the scope of work and says he can't do it. Finally after threats of litigation the send a crew who bang it all down in a day. HOWEVER...every stair has a gauge in the paint. 2 gauges where the drywall need to be repaired. Multiple other scratches- and one cracked wooden blind. In the contract it says on fine print that Jordan not responsible for any damages. I will never use this company again. (store #717) located at #117 1788 Baron Road, Kelowna, BC. At the store where the dining set was displayed, had a runner across the table and a vase with flowers in the center. The delivery was made on Jan 25th between 12-3pm. When it arrived my husband noticed there were marks/scratches on the table top and the delivery man also marked it on the receipt confirmed that scratches/marks as the product arrived and not caused by the buyers. We notified the store, there staff Jeanette acknowledged the problem and agreed to send their repair man (named George) over to fix it for us at the cost of Jordan. George came about a month after the purchase due the both ours and his schedules. He looked at the marks/scratches and said he will return with tools to repair. We waited patiently but each time we follow up, it seems he can never schedule us in. We later on found out his wife was sick so we can appreciate his situation. However, we are well into May and 4 months had past. We received a call last Friday May 10, from Jordan's representative Jeanette, informing us that there company WILL NOT HONOR THERE PROMISED in covering the repair costs. This instruction is given by the Director. Our issues are: 1. if we knew about the scratch before the purchase then we may choose other alternative furniture in our selective list. 2. Jordan acknowledged the defect and agree to look after the repair costs 3. Four months after the purchased, the director reject the repair costs which was promised so long ago. (if it was against there company policy why not state it at the beginning of the purchase? All we wish is to have the table repaired as soon as possible as promised by Jordan's interior. Now, we are stuck with over $3300+ of the damaged goods which Jordan managed to disguise the flaws and sold it to us. Hope no other consumers in the future will have to go through the same experience like us. Buyers Beware and CHECK ALL YOUR GOODS well and thorough from Jordan.

I contacted them, they came back, ducted taped the underlay and reinstalled a 'better' carpet which is likely the crap they couldn't sell and added waves, lines, duct tape humps, cuts in the corner that were too long and a fat big dark stripe down the middle of my room. I paid thousands for this junk. Aside from the creepy men who came in to my home hitting on me making rude comments. I have contacted them, with no solution for months and their customers solutions threatens me schedules to destroy my home and rip out the carpet without any talking. Candies ranges from $1 to $3. I guess I can say 99% of the items sold here are less than $5 with a few exceptions. It is a pretty good store. It is also very convenient too.
