I highly recommend staying away from Intellicar!! They don't offer Carfax and they don't inspect the cars they sell. Had I known that this car was in an accident and has a bent subframe, I would've walked away and gone elsewhere!! I test drove several vehicles and noted several issues with EVERY. SINGLE. ONE!! FYI, I'm a retired Army mechanic and I also worked on transit buses in addition to having been ASE certified Master Auto Tech plus several other ASE certifications. I'm guessing that their piss poor business ethics are the reason for their high salesperson turnover rate. There are usually only 3 salespeople there. BEWARE!!!!! This Dealership scammed my wife and I. We bought a jeep from them online. Said the jeep had a "clean carfax" The jeep was previously used as a herts rental vehicle and had been totaled. It was declared salvaged but not reported to the dmv. Intellicar had the Jeep put back together enough to look good for photos. We received the Jeep its declared unsafe to drive from our local dealership even has pinched brake lines. We could have been killed. Our State has branded this jeep salvaged and the dealership denies it all and won't do anything. This is there ad but this was the jeep 6 months before they sold it to us. Notice they didn't put the black stipe back on the hood. If you look closely you can see the crooked JEEP emblem they put back on the hood. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! read more

So I got my 17 Nissan versa from intellicar on Route 10 in Dover, did all my paperwork and left with my new car. three weeks to a month later I am forced to bring my car to the Nissan dealership, because as I was driving the night before, my steering wheel started shaking; I pull over and call AAA. As soon as they arrive, the tow truck driver looks at my car and see's my back driver side tire is being held on by ONE LUG NUT. The next day after I drove off my car. Nissan calls me and tells me there is more damage then originally seen, and it doesn't fall ever my warranty, I call intellicar, tell them what is going on, and you know what the manager mike told me? "Pretty much there is nothing WE CAN DO, but I can make some calls to see if they can reduce the price for repairs." First of all if you are working with a dealership you should make sure ALL THE CARS IN YOUR LOT, are safe to drive, now I getting stuck with a bill I should even have to pay because you can't screwed up and sold me a car that was unsafe to drive. read more

Vehicle was completely misrepresented and none of the problems or imperfections were shown in the online photos. Verbatim email quote from salesman: "The vehicle is in great condition no scratches or blemishes only one owner and is up to date on all its service checks." You can definitely do better. I purchased my vehicle several months ago now, and this is an honest review. The purchasing of the car itself was fairly easy. Price was great, car seemed ok. But the truth eventually comes out... Vehicle was misrepresented. It had been in three major crashes (thanks CARFAX that I had to pull myself), all repaired, but not well. The bumper clips are barely holding it on, and pieces are loose and keep popping out of place. The interior of the car was filthy, I had to have it detailed because the dealership hadn't bothered, and it reeked of old cigarette smoke. I had to replace the battery almost immediately after buying the car (and it was obviously bulged and visibly in need of replacement). The AC pipe was clogged and water saturated under my floorboards because they hadn't checked the vehicle before selling it. Then lets talk about the titling and plates. Don't buy here from out of state. They half ass it, and if you're from a state that requires a safety inspection (most), they don't tell you that they're waiting for an electronic copy of the inspection...so if your station gives you a paper copy, God help you. The Title Clerk doesn't seem to keep regular hours (and of course, there's only one person who does this), and isn't that great about returning calls. And if you trade in a vehicle - take your old plates and turn them in yourself. They say they'll take care of that for you but it's been almost five months and my local DMV still hasn't received them. I literally went to take the plates, and they told me not to worry about it. I should have followed my instincts on this one. If you're looking for a car that won't last terribly long, this is the place for you. I was frankly surprised mine passed inspection. read more

They wouldn't pay for the vehicle to pass inspection, had nails in the tire and needed both front axels replaced and rear seatbelts damaged. My husband and I purchased a car from this place on 5/1 and let our salesman AJ know that we wanted to transfer our tag over (since it's a 5 digit and I have a black tag) and be made a copy of my current registration. Our Temp tag expired 6/29 and we didn't hear from anyone about stickers for my tag. My husband emailed AJ since his voicemail was full and they had to overnight us a new temp tag. We later receive an entirely new tag instead of a sticker for my current tag. My husband and my father both had to call the so called "manager" Tim and he was just about as useless as AJ. They do not take responsibility for not doing their job. They charge you for tags and then don't help you at all. The DMV will not do anything without the title which we don't have since it was sold out of state. It is now 8/10 and my father spoke to Tim about the progress of them helping and he has no said it's our problem and that's it. Their prices are decent but they don't know anything about the cars they sell. We noticed that there was a accident report about it and AJ said he didn't know anything about it. AJ's exact words were "they are just trying to push cars out of the lot". Do not buy from them unless you want nothing but problems. We will also be filing a complaint to the DMV. read more

1st, Intellicar played games with my money, saying, I needed a certain amount down, gave them a card and cash and since the manager wasn't there, they would email my receipt and of course it didn't have the cash portion on the receipt. I purchased a 2016 Ford Fushion All Wheel drive with EcoBoost and I have already put this car in the shop twice for major repairs. Also the more I drive the more the front bumper is misaligned. All the responses from the salesman, AJ, were prompt. However, sometimes parts of questions went unanswered. I finally asked for a copy of the PO to be sent. A week later I asked where it was. I was told it had been sent. I keep all my emails for at least a month, no email with PO. I had also asked - We have a problem here AJ. The photos of the car don't jive. The VIN has the interior of the car 'grege', your listing says 'gold'. The pictures show the door panels 'gold' however the interior shots show grey upholstery on the seat and dash as well as the door panel opposite the camera, that picture taken of the passenger side door panel taken from the back of the car with the door open shows a 'gold' panel. Not a good sign on your part. How about explaining that. .I also asked for the name of the office manager or owner. Please follow up. The answer was - The panel on the door is gold which is plastic material and the actual seats are grey which are cushion, I'm not sure why the put gold instead. It's true what they say about car salesman. Is it a trick or a treat? I spoke to Steve and he informed me that the car I wanted would be available when I got there. I have been reading the reviews and many people have said the same thing. It was a bait and switch for me. After being promised about a car and numerous phone calls to him I drive an hour to get there and guess what? The car had been magically sold with cash yesterday and he offered me another "better" car.(I doubt the first car was even there before) He could have at least told me that it sold and offered me something else before I drove there. But no. So I get to test drive another car, which was way more than I expected to spend. He also tacked on many hidden fees. So then he decided to guilt trip me and told me I should buy it because it was "supposed" to be his day off. Really now? Horrible customer service skills my friend.
