A variety of spaces and tiers of levels of access; shared space, dedicated desk, office rooms and suites. Expansive used to be Novel Coworking, so for more detailed reviews search Novell. Sarah, community manager, is super responsive and helpful. Key code access, an app to let people in the building and pay for snacks, mail room and mail boxes, and kitchen, refrigerator, coffee machine, sink, and cups and glasses round out the amenities (and a fireplace on the 2nd floor per photos). The posted photo of the kitchen is incorrect, it is much more 'expansive', with dishwasher, bowls, plates and utensils available for use. If you can afford it, parking garage is a must. You can find off street parking, but the peace of mind of a covered garage is totally worth it. Working around other offices, its been a great help. I found a bookkeeper, labor lawyers (employee contracts and disputes - super helpful), and communications groups have been super helpful for a start up. Two thumbs up!

Working with her during my home renovation was incredible - she had such a great way of envisioning our space and suggesting things that I never would have thought of on my own. Every idea she suggested was spot on, practical and very clever, and perfectly fit how we actually live. She came up with the idea of turning an inaccessible corner of our kitchen into a cozy pet food nook in the mudroom, which was a great use of what would otherwise be wasted space. She also suggested converting our old coat closet into a pantry when we expanded the kitchen, and it's been a game-changer. She encouraged me to rethink the original plans for stove and microwave placements, which was 100% the right call. All those considerations and smart suggestions have made such a huge difference in how our home feels and functions. Now that everything's done, I can honestly say this renovation exceeded all of my expectations. The kitchen, especially. It's beautiful, it flows perfectly, and it just works.
