When I was laid off from my last company, it was very frustrating to look for a job through the job boards, but when I was contacted by Intelliswift, they were able to help me find a job within a couple of weeks. Their partnership with companies that don't advertise their job openings, helped me secure a contract work right away. Without their help, it probably would have taken longer for me to get a job. :( However, it doesn't end there. Even when they get you the contract, they do regular calls with you to make sure you are doing well. UPDATE #3: July 13, 2021 Everything is going very well so far. I have been paid multiple times by IntelliSwift and their client has been easy to work with. Overall, the good does outweigh the annoying (in the grand scheme of things) but only after you've gotten started working with their client (the one that hired you). Filling out all those forms initially was quite frustrating but now it's smooth sailing. I think this will be the last update for a while. I'll probably update this review if I ever "quit" working with IntelliSwift. I hope these updates have been helpful for those who are getting emailed by IntelliSwift and what they're in for if they accept! -- -- -- UPDATE #2: June 4, 2021 I have worked with IntelliSwift for a month now and can tell you everything is running smoothly. I have been paid twice to date with another payment on its way. That should tell you this is a legitimate company. Yes, unfortunately they do take their cut from what you earn but that's how any recruiting-type business works. Do I like the amount they're taking? No, but that's the life I get for working for someone else. Ultimately, I think their onboarding process is a bit over-the-top with the number of forms you're required to fill out along with the sensitive information they request; it's basically everything they'd need to steal your life. They found my resume floating around online and contacted me about a part-time CSS job with one of their clients. At first, the job seemed too good to be true but I played along in case it wasn't. April 17, 2021 They told me they had a job interview lined up on the 19th with their client. I did the interview and was accepted for the position that same night. After "getting hired," they required me to fill out an I9 form, background check paperwork, proof of address, create an account, fill out my account profile, and sign/date about 19 forms in all. They said they needed this information before I could start doing any work for their client. April 22, 2021 Fast forward to today, where I'm getting so bombarded with their CONSTANT emails and phone calls that I'm wondering if this position is even worth it? The guy who hired me said he's already been forced by this company to wait over 2 months just to get some simple work completed. On a side note, I was told by their client how much they had set aside to pay for this position and IntelliSwift is taking over 25% of it! Ugh! I will keep adding to this review as time goes on. During my last encounter with this company, I received two emails within a minute of each other. I then immediately received a call from one of their recruiters. I even received another call from the same out of state area code as I was on the phone with him. When I said I was interested in the position, the recruiter then asked me for my date of birth and the last four digits of my social security number. When I told him I wasn't comfortable giving that information over the phone, he tried to convince me that that was the only way for me to be considered for the position. Just to get off the phone with him, I lied and said I would email him that information along with my updated resume. When he didn't receive my email after about 10 minutes, he called me at least three more times and also called the next day. He then had another recruiter call me and leave a message on his behalf to once again ask for my SSN. The lesson I learned from this is don't answer calls from out of state numbers. read more

BEWARE OF THIS "AGENCY". They never delete your data and I get nonstop calls and emails from recruiters in India, for jobs that are closed and over 600 miles away. I've asked them to remove my information and stop contacting me, and every request is ignored. I called one of the "Contact Us" numbers on their website, and it was an ex-employee who quit working for Intelliswift 3 YEARS AGO. I have not had any negative experiences, thank goodness, in fact, in my experience, quite the opposite. I never sent any resumes to this place. I am not a contractor. I never gave my personal information to them (cell phone/ email address) Yet, for some reason, everyday, multiple times a day they email me- and- then, within MINUTES they call me. Always someone who has a very thick accent and always someone new. I've asked them nicely to remove me from their mailing and calling list. SEVERAL times. They tell me they will but NEVER DO. I've asked them to remove me verbally and unsubscribed on their link. THEY ARE STILL CALLING ME AND EMAILING ME MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY. I can only assume this company obtained my resume and email address from one of the job boards I have it posted. I don't mind if recruiting agencies reach out to me because I have a resume that is a suitable fit for one of their clients filling a position, but I have no idea why I keep receiving emails from different "recruiters" at this agency for job opportunities that do not even come close to matching up with my experience, skills, and education. Financial Analyst? Data Engineer? Technical Project Manager? My resume is extremely clear and detailed about my qualifications and experience, so why do they keep wasting my time, and theirs, by contacting me for openings that I have zero chance of filling? They claim they are recruiters but a recruiter's exact job is to match up resumes and job opportunities that make sense - they aren't even looking at my resume, obviously. It makes no sense to not only waste my time, but theirs as well. I've never been a recruiter but I am quite confident that I could review resumes and cross-reference them to appropriate job openings. I have responded to many of these emails inquiring how I'm an appropriate fit for these occupations, as I'm truly curious, but no one responds. I have repeatedly and politely responded to their emails requesting that they only contact me should they have a position that makes sense with my resume but to no avail, they just continue to send me emails for positions I don't qualify. I do not recommend this recruiting company. I've had two interactions with them. The first, they somehow found my resume on Indeed and invited me to do a coding assessment out of the blue. I am not a programmer and nothing on my resume indicates I am, if they bothered to read it. The second time, I applied to one of their listings through LinkedIn. Now I am on some mailing list where they send me invites to a hackathon taking place at 10:30pm. With no unsubscribe button. I had one contact me about a job at a Silicon Valley company that was a 6 month contract. It was about 70 percent below the market rate. They said the company name was brownie points on my resume. When I told them, because they asked, that I was interviewing elsewhere at more competitive rates, they said they couldn't submit my application because it would seem unprofessional to Accenture. This company is based out of India with multiple locations in the U.S. The recruiters at this agency have no idea what they are doing. They are cold-call telemarketers - not recruiters. I have been sent job after job that is not even close to matching my skill set. When I have an unfortunate encounter with one of their Indian-speaking recruiters, they don't seem to understand half of what I am telling them. Additionally, multiple recruiters will contact me regarding the same job over a course of a few days. Sometimes I will get 4 calls from 4 different recruiters in the same day! I received a message from a Awhile Kalbende on LinkedIn that supposedly worked on this company and he was very urgent in speaking with me immediately about the position supposedly with Salesforce because the client has requested urgency in filling it. Before speaking on the phone he asks me for my email and phone number and sends me an email about the position, his email and signature are from Global Info-Tech instead of IntelliSwift. When we spoke over the phone he asked me my full middle name, my date of birth (which I gave to him) and the las 4 numbers of my SSN, to which I said I was not comfortable sharing and he said I could give it out later once I get position. Then he says he's sending me an email for me to sign for rate compensation and the for the sole right for Global Info-Tech to represent me for this position and urgently ask me to send an updated resume within the next 30 minutes with details of my responsibilities on my previous positions. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm definitely 99.9% sure, that this company may be a scam. They came across my resume online, and have literally consistently been calling me for almost a year. With each call, the representative has a heavy Indian accent, which makes it hard for me to fully make out what's being said. Because of this, I'm never interested in their offers. However, they continuously call. Today, they called to tell me about a position at NBC Universal. After discussing the job requirements and salary, I told the rep, this sounds like it may be a good fit. She then told me she'd send me an email, and we could begin the next steps. I keep getting cold calls from these American based recruiters who seem to only hire personnel from the Indian Ocean countries. They cannot represent me very well as I have a hard time understanding them and I am sure that employers have the same issues. I never receive any call backs for any positions which they submit my resume' and I feel this is hurting my chances for employment even though i have over 18 years experience. Nitin Gera, Technical Recruiter at Intelliswift Software, Inc. sent emails and at the end of our correspondence was to submit my resume to Toyota Financial in Dallas, TX. Nitin kept pushing me for a higher contract rate than I required. At a outlandish rate of $65/hr when the D/FW area could not support more than $50/hr. After confirming a rate of $60, I have yet to here any updates about the submittal. All my emails and phone calls are not responded too. Don't work with them, in fact run the other way... After over 20 years of working for many contracting agencies, I can honestly say that Intelliswift is the most incompetent group that I have had to do business with. The hassles with timecards and the payment system caused our client to cancel the contract that we had within a very short period.
