I got Botox at another clinic, I asked for natural look as I'm a guy and some wrinkles are natural. It's important to mention, I also have a very expressive face. They messed up my facial expressions and it was obvious. Finally got the courage to try again. My wife recommended Jennifer Hollander clinic and boy what a world of difference. She listen, made some of her own suggestions and took great care of me. I asked for the same level of Botox like before and she nailed it. No weird smile, imbalance expressions. Top in her class! The clinic is very clean and has the newest equipment. I was greeted with a smile and offered a sparkling water upon arrival. I'm so confident now, I'm considering getting fillers under my eyes. Highly recommend.

I completely trust her, which means everything when it comes to treatments like this. Jenn is always honest and will never push a procedure you don't need. I've had injections, customized skin treatments, and Profound with her, and I was very happy with my results--especially from Profound. Every experience with Jenn has been effective, comfortable, and genuinely pleasant. The Hollander Clinic is also absolutely beautiful--such a clean, calming, and welcoming space that instantly puts you at ease. The wait was about 45 minute to an hour but they told me that when I got there. But you definitely need an appointment, I overheard that the wait for walk-ins was much much longer. The office was very clean and nice, comfortable chairs and a very clean bathroom. When there wasn't many people in the waiting room someone came out and cleaned the chairs which I thought was really great. The front desk woman is kind of no BS, but I assume she has to be that way because of what she might have to deal with. To be honest she made me feel safe, because she was not f-Ing around! They lock the front door and you have to buzz and talk to the front desk before they let you in. So, overall I felt really safe! The nurse and doctor were great. I told the nurse and doctor I have ptsd and chronic pelvic pain and Pap smears have been really difficult for me in the past. She was so incredibly gentle, it was very literally the easiest, least painful pap I've ever had. Definitely will be going back for future paps!

I had an appointment I needed to cancel last minute and was told I could come in as a walk-in. I've visited other Planned Parenthood locations before and have never had issues with them accessing my information or accepting my Family PACT card. At this location, I was told they were not affiliated with other sites, so they couldn't pull up my records or use my coverage. I had left my card in another bag, but it has always been on file in the past and never caused an issue. This was surprising and frustrating since it has never been a problem elsewhere. On top of that, the front desk staff were not welcoming or helpful. The interaction felt cold and unnecessarily tense. Another patient ahead of me seemed to receive similar treatment, so it did not feel like an isolated incident. I understand that everyone has bad days, but this is a place that serves the community and people often come in feeling vulnerable. The way patients are treated at the front desk matters. Unfortunately, my experience felt dismissive and argumentative. When I tried to explain my insurance situation, the receptionist responded in a way that felt accusatory and diminishing rather than helpful. At a certain point, the interaction became uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave. I also expressed my concerns about the interaction and how it reflected on the organization. This experience did not reflect the level of care and respect I have come to expect from Planned Parenthood, and I hope this location can improve its approach to patient interactions.

I have been going to this UCLA facility for a little over 8 years now. Thankfully, this office…read moreopened up close to my house, and I no longer have to drive all the way to Santa Monica City. I had a 3:15pm appointment with Dr. Mendoza, on the 10th of this month for my yearly physical. Got there 15 minutes early and Blanca at the front desk checked me in & Silvia checked me out. Both ladies were very nice, helpful, pleasant and polite. For a physical, they don't charge you. By the time I took a seat in their waiting area, which is very clean with complimentary water (hot and cold), my name was called by Christina. She took me to room #10 to do all my vitals. This lady is just AMAZING in every way on every level. She is the sweetest, soft spoken, kind, nice, helpful medical assistant that I know of. She has seen me twice before. Did her job and left. She is also very knowledgeable & compassionate. Next up is my primary doctor, Dr. Mendoza. He goes over my chart/records and highly suggested for me to take a Pneumonia shot addressing that people over 50 are highly recommended to do so, but NOT required. So the ball was in my court. I agreed to take that shot to prevent from other illnesses in the near future. Especially, when I suffered from Shingles not too long ago. Dr.Mendoza is good. He can be a bit more thorough, he is a bit too fast and quick. However, he does know his job pretty well. I wish one day he can address me by my name. Requested 6 different types of blood work and left the office. The entire visit overall took less than an hour. Blood work normally takes 24 to 48 hours for us to get our results. Dr. Mendoza replied/emailed in less than 24 hours. Thank you for that. Christina came back to give me the shot. She was so gentle that I didn't even feel the needle in my left arm. She even asked me if I am right handed or left. Based on my answer, she did what she was supposed to do. It's a 2-story building so I went back to the 2nd floor to get my labwork done. It was easy, breezy. Kenneth, that could have been a little bit more pleasant and slap a smile on his face was not that welcoming like Rosario is. Did his job and I left. Underground parking, very steep, watch the walls not to crash or hit the wall and other cars. 2 elevators working perfectly, and they accept most credit cards, most insurance plans/payments and that's all that I know. Bathrooms are available on both floors and overall the bathrooms and facility are very clean!! This building used to be some movie/celebrity building. They have so many of black and white photos of late celebrities. Too beautiful. Don't listen or read those negative, one or two star reviews. Negative people will always stay negative. Whatever that you do for them, it's never good enough. But they still keep going back to the same restaurants, stores, hospitals, cleaners, gas stations etc.. Thank you all very much! Our health is in THEIR HANDS!

My experience with Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office has been one of the most frustrating healthcare…read moreexperiences my family has ever had. It is offices like this that unfortunately damage UCLA Health's reputation. The problems began when a medically necessary Vitamin D laboratory test ordered for my mother while she was undergoing long-term anastrozole therapy for breast cancer was billed without the diagnosis coding and supporting documentation necessary to demonstrate medical necessity. The result was a Medicare denial and a bill for $306.60 that could likely have been avoided had the claim been properly documented in the first place. When Noridian Healthcare Solutions, Medicare's Administrative Contractor, requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Nercessian's office as part of her Medicare appeal, the situation became even more concerning. On June 16, I sent an urgent MyChart message with a detailed legal memorandum explaining that Noridian had requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Nercessian's office and asking the office to respond promptly. Later that same day, I received a reply from Dr. Mariya Nercessian's staff stating that the office had not received any request from Noridian. I immediately attached Noridian's own letter - which clearly stated that records had already been requested from the provider - and asked the office to search every appropriate department and contact Noridian directly if necessary. After that, communication stopped. On June 17, I sent another detailed message asking the office to search records, billing, laboratory, pathology, referral, and administrative departments because Noridian had already confirmed in writing that it had requested my mother's medical records from Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office. Then...nothing. By July 1, approximately 10 business days later (excluding weekends and the Juneteenth holiday), I still had not received a response. I was forced to send yet another MyChart message pointing out that UCLA Health tells patients to expect responses within approximately two business days, yet my message had gone unanswered far beyond that timeframe. I requested only a simple status update: * Had the Noridian request been located? * Had my mother's medical records been submitted to Noridian? * If not, what was being done? Again, no response from Dr. Mariya Nercessian or her staff. As of today, July 8, 2026, despite repeated, polite, detailed, and well-documented communications, there still has not been a response addressing these questions. What makes this especially disappointing is that this unnecessary stress was placed on my family immediately after my 72-year-old mother had recently undergone pacemaker implantation. At a time when our focus should have been on her recovery, we instead had to spend weeks trying to persuade a physician's office to respond to Noridian's request for my mother's medical records and answer basic portal messages. Patients understand that physicians are busy. What is much harder to understand is: * failing to submit appropriate supporting documentation for a medically necessary test, * telling a patient no request had been received from Noridian when the patient could provide documentation showing otherwise, * failing to investigate thoroughly, * failing to provide timely status updates despite repeated requests, and * allowing a time-sensitive Medicare appeal to languish while the patient repeatedly sought answers. Communication is part of patient care. Unfortunately, Dr. Mariya Nercessian's office fell far short of the standards I expected from UCLA Health.

I needed to get a physical because I've been suffering from migraines for years. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was a breeze. Elma ordered labs for me and I was able to do them the same day and gave me referrals to see a specialist. The authorization department was able to get everything approved within 2 days!!! I've been to other doctors offices and always get the run around. Elma called me 3 days later with my results. It was nice actually speaking to a provider about my results rather than a nurse in my opinion because she was able to answer all of my questions. I called the same day and spoke to the office manager Anna if I'm not mistaken. I told her how helpful and amazing the staff and Dr. Elma was. The whole process went exactly as it should she runs that office with such ease and professionalism. I would definitely recommend my family and friends to come here.

I know, because you can see everything from the waiting room which has no privacy for the patients behind glass walls. I had to wait 30 minutes so I saw a lot. They *reuse the same tourniquet* for every patient, without sanitizing it. The chair arms are never wiped down. The tray is never cleansed. Basically - nothing is cleansed between patients. This is a huge violation of the CDC. I'm not sure how they got clearance to operate, as any sort of inspection would have shut them down immediately. When they encourage you to get your blood drawn at their own facility because "Quest takes too long" - do not go here, it's too risky to your health.
