Excellent on all levels... I had phenomenal results that exceeded my expectations. I went to this place through a referral. I was willing to spend a lot of money. Lilith, the RN at this place actually discouraged me from some procedures and came up with the perfect more cost efficient plan for me. I was so impressed to see how they put the client first and take so much pride in what they do. Initially, I was reluctant to even trust someone less than a medical doctor, but Lilith came across as super knowledgeable and competent. I also have met with their medical director for some more aggressive laser peel consultation. She left a great impression. I wouldn't hesitate to go back after the summer is over to get more stuff done. All and all next to the money hungry cosmetic offices of LA, this place is decent, reasonable and quite pleasant. She takes the time and effort to understand and communicate what will work, what's needed, etc., she listens, she guides and I always look fabulous when she's done. My last two visits, I have seen Angela, who is also expert at what she does. I trust them both implicitly! I always get compliments on how I look and always refer to Beautech. Also, Jenny, Esmeralda and Elena go out of their way to accommodate budgets and help with promotions, as do Lilith and Angela. I found Beautech and Lilith several years back and I am so thankful I did! For an L.A. girl, I am pretty conservative with all of the beauty stuff that's out there, but I was really not down with the frown lines I was starting to get in my 30s. The great staff at Beautech, and Lilith in particular, have always respected my concerns and my budget. The result of Botox with Lilith is always a fresh youthfulness-- never that weird frozen face that screams "zombie." The thing I love the most about Beautech besides feeling and looking beautiful is the way Lilith is so honest with me and my needs. I completely trust Beau Tech!! Lilith is the best. She will never over-sell you or encourage you to get treatments you don't need - in fact, she'll talk you out of it if you don't need it. Many places you walk in thinking you need a little botox and walk out feeling like you must look 100 years old, they've told you that you need so many things done, it's just hopeless. Not here. Only complaint is the option to tip at the end, which isn't something I've only noticed here. I see this happen lately at medspas and it makes no sense to me. You're paying for a service administered by a "nurse". When you go to the doctor, you're not asked to tip and you shouldn't be asked to tip at medspas either. That being said I still tipped a little because my injector was really great, I just don't agree with being asked of this at the end of service. They have monthly membership which I'm thinking about signing up for once my Botox settle, assuming I like the results but I'm confident I will. Overall, great experience and staff. I recommend Kalologie to anyone looking for Botox or Dysport.
