We got seated and they gave us a bunch of scents to smell and choose which ones we liked! I ended up choosing around 10-15 scents that I liked! I showed the worker and they made 4 custom scents for me to choose from! The workers were sooo kind and patient and they told me they could make more scents if I didn't like any of the ones made for me, BUT I liked all of them!! I ended up choosing one, they make it for you, and give you your own bottle to take home! They save your profile online too so that if you ever run out of the scent you ordered they can remake it and ship it to you! Love this experience, it was cute, intimate, and so unique!!! Definitely would recommend as a date, activity with friends, or just for a fun way to treat yourself(:

Do it; it's totally worth it. The person that helped me was very patient. She not only explained Le Labo to me, but also helped me explore the scents. After making my decision I spend a lot of time sampling the candle scents. Side Note: I'm a candle freak. While the candles were expensive, I was not deterred. I knew I was going to leave with a candle and I did. The candles burn beautifully and smell heavenly. The shape of the jar is genius. It gently tapers as it goes up. As the candle burns lower the jar design helps concentrate the heat and melts the wax evenly. I have ordered candles and fragrances from Le Labo after returning home. If you're staying at The Robey, go get your free fragrance sample and get addicted.

I haven't ordered from you before that so I'm not sure if it was a one time thing. I was greeted by the owner, he explained to me about the perfumes they carry and how he and his brother started their interest. After smelling a few, I made my decision of Bodacious by Boadicea the Victorious and Impadia by BDK. I was thrilled and happily went home. Fast forward to March 7,2026 my second visit. I live 1hour 45 minutes away, so I leave early to avoid any traffic. I got there as soon as they opened, and again get a warm welcoming greeting. I brought my daughter with me and we tried several perfumes until I decided on Mind Games Check Please. As we were chatting, I was asked if I was enjoying the other two fragrances I had purchased and remembered which ones I had purchased! Needless to say that impressed me even more. Myself being in Customer Service for over 30 years you don't always remember each customer that you encounter.
