After making my decision I spend a lot of time sampling the candle scents. Side Note: I'm a candle freak. While the candles were expensive, I was not deterred. I knew I was going to leave with a candle and I did. The candles burn beautifully and smell heavenly. The shape of the jar is genius. It gently tapers as it goes up. As the candle burns lower the jar design helps concentrate the heat and melts the wax evenly. I have ordered candles and fragrances from Le Labo after returning home.
