This is a copy of my review on google…read more "A fish rots from the head down," is how I would describe this company. I have had many interactions with this organization in my career ranging from "OK" to simply "unprofessional." The day-to-day employees do a pretty good job, however the leadership leaves a great deal to be desired. Firstly, even if you have credentials and experience, they will talk down to you. Compuworks management will try to convince you to do it "their way," even when presented with evidence that their way is wrong. "Their way" usually involves them taking more control of your infrastructure as they position themselves so that you have no choice but to continue as a customer. This type of selective prevention comes across as suspicious and informs my previous point. With today's technology you do not need to choose a MSP just because they are local and in your zip code. Choose a company that will give the respect a customer deserves and not lip service so that you can keep getting billed. A fish rots from the head down, and this company stinks.
