I reached out to interdiamond by email a month before I intended to visit them. Johnny reached out immediately. After back and forth communication about what I was looking for, he sent me an excel sheet with the all the different types of diamonds available that were within our price range. He was accommodating when my fiancé's flight got delayed and scheduled a different appointment time to meet with us. He was very knowledgeable, kind and most importantly patient. I was referred to Moe by a friend about 5 years ago when my husband and I decided to upgrade my wedding ring. This is the second marriage for the both of us and with a combined six kids, we couldn't afford a 'real' ring. We visited the expo here at the Neal Blaisdell Center in Honolulu. Moe converted my setting that had CZs to a princess cut center diamond along with 3 small princess cut diamonds on each side of the center. The price was so much more affordable than going to an overpriced jewelry store. Since then, I've visited Moe at the expo every now and then. Nice diamonds, but please don't buy your setting here. I've sent it back 5 times in 4 years because diamonds have fallen out, band cracked, etc. This type of issue has happened in the two bands that I have. Just for reference, I work in an office, take my ring off the instant i get home (habit), I don't shower, exercise, garden or do dishes or anything else moderately dirty or dangerous with it on.
