Whenever we visit, he always offers a free cleaning of our engagement ring, which is really nice since it brings the diamond back to its original sparkle. It's amazing how these cleanings make such a huge difference. This last time we came, we were looking for wedding bands. We both found one that we liked, and like before, he gave us a great deal. He even offered to do a deep cleaning (5-6 hours) this time (for free) before our wedding date! I'm not sure if he'll do a free deep cleaning for everyone, but I mention it because if you develop a good relationship with him, I think he'll really try and make your experience with him fun and special.
