Would give negative stars if possible. This business was recommended to us by a bathroom supply place we consulted. After giving us a quote in writing that included onsite measurement and installation, they told us our job was too small and they would not measure or install. We would have to give them exact measurements and install ourselves. Also would not cut countertop to fit measurements of wall which wasn't completely straight (which another business did easily). If you're looking for Calcatta Vagli, this is your guy. No frills, go in and pick your slab, they measure and had my counters in less than a week. It's VERY reasonable pricing for the city and it may not be the huge warehouse like Stone City but you pay for all that space one way or another. They offer 4 sink choices you can buy cheap and they will mount on site. I went with my own sink and they put it in after they measured for it there. I felt like a got a very fair deal with quick turnaround. No complaints here! read more

My husband and I stopped in to take a look at their selection and drop off our kitchen plans for a quote on quartz counter tops. The woman took our information and the prints for our kitchen, and let us know the owner would be contacting us with the quote. Fast forward to 2 weeks later, my husband stopped in since we hadn't heard back yet. The owner was very short and unfriendly. He claimed he never received the plans and didn't bother to check with anyone or look up our information. It was clear they were not interested in our business as he never offered to take our information again, review our plans, or try to give us a quote. Bottom line is customer service is terrible and we decided to go elsewhere. I suggest you do too. read more

DO NOT purchase quartz countertops from this company. I am an empty-nester whose countertops started to chip after less than 4 months. I did not drop anything heavy. This probably happened from taps with dishes while loading the dishwasher. No rough handling, no rowdy teens in house, etc The company does not stand behind their product at all. They basically said it's my problem-they don't offer a warranty. I think it's unconscionable that they install a product in a kitchen if it cannot withstand normal everyday use If it was possible to rate them with 0 stars I would. read more

The costumer service is great, the girls in the office are very helpful. They also removed my old counters and hauled them away, everything was done in one day! I have done two projects (quartz counter tops) with Stanley and his team and have to say that I am beyond pleased. They come out and take measurements right away and turn around the counter tops and install almost instantaneously. The price is hands down the lowest I have seen for quartz and granite. Sure, the quality might not be premium or artisan grade, and the process is a tad rushed and a little chaotic, but if you can deal with that it's the best price around. read more

I've used them for my kitchen and I couldn't been happier! I love the selection of stone they have, very up to date colors. The process would have probably be a lot harder if it wasn't for Michelle who helped us with color choice. Stanley measured extremely quickly and before we knew it, the counters were delivered and installed. They installed quartz countertops in my bathroom and kitchen and my designer has used them for projects a number of times. The bathroom is fine but the kitchen countertops have large visible seam in them that's in a fairly prominent place. My designer contacted them repeatedly to have them come out an repair the seam but they never responded. If you decide to use them keep in mind that once they have your money they have no interest in working on any issues with you. So I'm stuck with a big seam in the middle of my countertops, which otherwise are very nice. read more

i'm at the tail end of a 3 year rehab project with multiple contractors in their respective fields, and this was the best experience so far. Stanley is very no nonsense yet personable, and lightning fast. came out to the field either same day or next (can't remember) and called that evening with a quote for our kitchen counter tops (actually a few numbers, based on material). at the office, Slava was knowledgeable, friendly and fast when we came over to look at slabs. way better than the other places (read below). I spoke with Agnes over email to provide cutout dimensions and she was fast and friendly too, exactly like email should be. like 3 days later, everything was cut, polished and installed. looks great. this is the third place i went to. the others were a PITA as they only sell slabs, and don't fabricate themselves, and won't give you a price!! you pick out the slab, then you tell your fabricator which one you picked, then they call you back eventually with a price for $20,000 and then you start all over again, two weeks later. it's really, really nice that these guys are all in one and everything is FAST. price is also great. we didn't come in on budget, like everything else on this project, but at least we were close on this one lol. my only complaint is their slab selection is relatively smaller, and their slabs are not as nice (lots of veining, mineral deposits etc.) but i kind of expected that for the price, and we ended up going with quartz anyway. read more

Since writing my original review, Interiors of Stone has replaced the defective slab, and it looks great. From my understanding, there was a repetitive miscommunication on their side that left us, as customers, feeling that we were not being listened to. We weren't sure we could afford to redo both areas of our kitchen but Slava guided us to options that would fit into our budget as well as introduced us to the cool leathered granite. We ultimately purchased counters for our kitchen and bathroom -- all was very easy to order, delivered ahead of schedule, and they look GREAT! read more

My husband and I remolded our kitchen back in February and chose to go with Interiors of Stone for our granite counter tops. We, at first, had a wonderful experience with this company. We had great communication through email with prompt replies. We were able to get our kitchen measured very quickly with insulation within a week or so. We were very happy! They were quick and friendly! After the granite was installed the workers placed a wrapping over the granite to protect it while the rest of the kitchen was completed. Shortly after the granite (within an hour or so) was installed I peeled back the wrapping and realized there was a chip (about the size of a silver dollar) in the middle of the granite that was placed on our island. Immediately my husband called Stan and we were told it would be fixed the next time they had a job out in our area (south side). We understood his reasoning and we were very patient with them. We had multiple conversations with them and this was always their response. However, at this point it has been over 6 months and our granite is still not fixed. I have tried to communicate with their office by phone and email and we have been completely ignored. At this point we are considering just finding someone else to fix the granite that should be fixed by Interior of Stone. read more
