Our PUD is building a fiber optic network in our area that will offer up to 1 Gig and when it comes online, Inland will lose many customers. So, Inland, what are you going to do about the lack of bandwidth in our Exchange?

After having confirmed the security code of the account they were dealing with, they proceeded to cut every internet line to the house, and refused to apologize or take blame. Nobody but spectrum cut our lines, and it's very obvious the company is very disorganized. After being told it was not their fault in anyway, I was told to have a great day with no solution to the problem. Very disorganized company.

The second person I talked to said there were no fees. He said that there was a special going on and the $50.00 activation fee would be waved. He also said that since I already had a fiber box and a router that the $100.00 installation fee would be waved as well. I was really concerned about a cancellation fee as we are going to be moving. The third person I spoke with got my billing information and reiterated that there were no cancellation fees. I got my first bill and there was no fee. The second bill magically had an activation fee. I called them and they refused to remove it saying that some box was checked that said they told me about the fee.
