They got back to me immediately--literally within minutes, definitely under 30--and even followed up the next day with (multiple) phone calls since I kept missing their calls. I was able to get a plumber out the following day, and he quickly and professionally assessed the problem and wrote up a quote. He stayed responsive the whole time--text, Yelp, and phone--so I never had any issues with communication. Payment options were flexible too: you can pay upfront, or choose a zero-APR option if paid within 24 months. There are also lower monthly payment options, but those do come with interest. They may be expensive, but the job will be done right....at least according to the plumber I met.

Customer service (for installation) = n/a stars I had a leak in the water line to my bathtub. I called, easy conversation, scheduled 2 days later, service team arrived on time, fixed the leak. Great!! I paid by card. Simple! On the first call about the leak, I explained I was looking for further renovation services: install tub, toilet, and new double vanity instead of 1 sink existing. When the service team repaired the leak, they took photos of the bathroom. After calling the office to follow up, I was told to call back once I purchased all of the material and they could put me on the schedule. So that's what I did, 10 days later. The woman that answered the phone this time was not at all helpful and told me that they cannot do any of the installation work. She made a point to say I was not as important at the contracts that they have in place. I felt completely misled after 3 conversations with this team. From the moment he first arrived, his professionalism and expertise was evident. Cory quickly went to meticulously working-checking every possible source of the gas leak with the attention to detail of that a jeweler, rather than a tradesman. Not only did Cory identify, locate the gas leak, he also took the time to explain the situation to me in a clear and concise manner. His transparent communication and honest approach gave me peace of mind during a stressful time. I mean my house could've exploded!
