These people on these reviews are Liars I went to Charlie after an accident I was involved in back in February. He was recommended because of great pricing but that is not what I experienced this has been a nightmare. He never told me anything about any updates on my car. When I did call to check on it he never answer the phone only text. He never gave me a break down and estimate of what my repairs would cost he only just kept charging me different prices and never fixed the issues he said was wrong with the car. After he completed the body work he tells me that my control arms was broke. I paid for that to be fixed he stated the car was ready when I went to get the car all my antifreeze leaked onto the streets within 10 min later. I told him about it he said he will pick the car up since it was his fault after I just paid him over 4K. He charged me for the tow which I could have use my own triple A for free. He then tell me it was the lower radiator hose which he charged me again to fixed. As soon as I got home I was having the same issues. This man Charlie and his team are crooks and i WILL NEVER TAKE MY CAR BACK. I came to them today because my battery in my car was acting up. I replaced my battery about a month ago with a company that treated me horribly. Since then I have had issues and have had to call roadside assistance numerous times. This morning was the final straw and I knew it was time to reach out to Terry and Charlie. I called them an hour or two before their lunch and they told me not to worry about anything they would get me taken care of. I explained my issue and they immediately jumped on top of it. I am completely blown away by the service I received here! I brought my 2015 Ford fusion in when I chipped the sideview mirror and was told by the dealership that I need to replace the entire ensemble. I ordered a new mirror off of eBay with the help of the dealership and when I brought it in to Charlie he informed me that it wasn't the right mirror at all and could not be installed! I was completely bummed as it seems like the correct mirror was going to cost me quite a bit of money and the problem I had was merely cosmetic. Charlie graciously agreed to install the old mirror back on my car and when I arrived to pick it up it had been magically fixed! I had no idea that this was even possible but Charlie had somehow patched the old mirror frame with fiberglass and it looked as good as new. He didn't even tell me he was going to do this, so I was completely surprised! And when it was time to pay, I owed him even less than his original quote to replace the entire mirror. He has completely earned my business and I will be back again when I need any work on my car. I feel like there are very few businesses that would go this far to help a customer. I recently moved to The Woodlands from NY area and needed a mechanic to do a complete inspection on a car I was buying. Not knowing anyone I relied on internet reviews to find Charley and Interstate. I called him up and explained what I needed and he said he does that all the time and offered me two options - one basic and one inspection more detailed. I opted for the more thorough inspection and he said it would be about $80. First surprise - that was about half what I was expecting. The dealer brought the car in and he did the inspection When I called him back to get the report and pay him he told me a few things that he had found which I never would have known about and then said "don't worry about the payment - I do this for my customers ". This just doesn't happen in the real world and I insisted he take payment but he would not!!! I ended up not buying that car and he saved me $1,500 but I saw another car at the same dealer and asked them to take it to Charley as well. This time I went over to his shop personally with cash and he wasn't there so he couldn't NOT take it and I left it with a very nice woman who worked there and said that she was a former customer and he was so nice that she ended up working there. I have never had such customer service from someone I have never met and I will be using them for my cars even though they are 30 miles from where I live. read more

This review is really overdue. Two of my vehicles flooded Memorial Day weekend a couple of years ago, one being my 3 month old Porsche Cayenne and my forever Toyota Corolla. Needless to say, I was devastated. I lived in the Meyerland area and there were no rental cars or tow trucks available because the whole area was hit hard. Hundreds of vehicles and homes were damaged. A neighbor told me to call Charlie at International Auto Tech and it was my first sign of relief. He had both of my vehicles towed within a few hours. He was so pleasant to talk to and very sensitive to my emotional state. Charlie, explained how to deal with the insurance and not let them give me the run around or try attempt to fix a flooded Porsche. When I finally found another vehicle (Mercedes) Charlie checked it out for me and told me the max I should pay. You'll never find an auto shop that has such a combination of great customer service, extremely fair and honest rates, and high quality work done for your cars. Numerous times Charlie has helped me out and even given me prices under what her originally quoted just to be nice. Unlike most car shops where you feel like you might be getting ripped off, International Auto is not trying to maximize their profit, but instead satisfy the customers needs. I've been to this shop 3 times now, once for body work and twice for window replacements. ALL 3 TIMES I have received quotes from this shop that were at least 50% less than a few other quotes I've received. When I go back now I don't even ask for a quote because I know I'm getting the best deal possible at a fair price. Not only that, a few times Charlie changed my oil and detailed my car for no reason and no charge - he's just that awesome. Charles and his crew are awesome. Very friendly and very thorough and honest. He has also done my oil changes for me and replaced a starter prior to this. He did work on my Trailblazer as well.
