As a customer, I value transparency and accountability, and I believe businesses should honor their stated pricing and commitments. I called him directly and called him out on what he did. When my son picked up the car and paid for the invoice, he decided to take $25 off the invoice. What a nice guy? LoL! If work needs to be done under your hood or skirt, make sure you know the details. Cars are mostly done in a day: which is ahead of large auto sales bohemoths. Eastside is true genius. Most days, locals and friends amble on over to chat or drink a cup of coffee or go over sports stuff. It's a fun place - even if you need to wait 15 mins. They have a support staff of 1-2 secretaries who take your name and specs, and you're good to go.
