Brian is a consummate sales professional, from my initial contact on the phone with him where he answered all my concerns and questions to the focused attention he spent with us on a Saturday morning. Although I think it was immediately obvious that we had already made the decision on buying a Harley and the exact model, he did not just become an order taker, but spent time on a test ride for my wife and explained thoroughly all the features and benefits. The whole purchasing experience was wonderful to be honest, including being taken around to every department and introduced to employees that I might connect with on an ongoing basis. I gave Shawn 1400 cash for his work, I also gave him a Buell Service Manual. My fork seals that he installed are leaking and the bike hasn't been on the road yet. Dishonesty, greed and shoddy work are traits that I can do without. Never again Shawn. I will never recommend your services.
